Nice hotel, perfect location for food and commute to Edmonton

Very nice

The front desk staff and house cleaning staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The property is clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and modern. Our only complaint was the breakfast used powdery watery eggs but that's our own first world problem complaint. Lot's of parking and a great location. We will be back:)

It's a pleasant stay for a Family. Adequate indoor swimming pool with top bath tab. Good Breakfast and spacious room.

Room was ready upon arrival, fresh and clean. Lobby area was welcoming!!

From checking in till checking out. All the staff we encounter were great. The lady in the breakfast room was amazing. She was such a happy, helpful, and friendly person. Our room could have used a bit of maintenance done to it. There were cracked tiles on the bathroom floor that were a bit sharp. And a light that was constantly flickering. Over all I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Hotel was booked solid, 1 elevator not working, no bar or lounge in the afternoon, front desk staff was not pleasant to deal with. Sunday am breakfast was good and the lady in there was very helpful.

This was the best stay I’ve had in awhile. I am beyond impressed with everything this property offered. There was tons of parking, clean lobby and rooms, and friendly helpful staff. We booked the hotel because of the pool and it was way past our expectations. It was clean, had lots of seating, had a water slide and a fairly big pool and a fun water feature for the kids. The rooms were spacious and clean and looked new. You can tell a lot of care has been put into this property. The price was such a good deal. So much value for our money. Plus there was a continental breakfast included. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a continental breakfast with so many good options. We’ve been travelling a lot the past few days and no where even comes close to the value or the quality of this property. This property is definitley making the Best Western brand look good! Will stay again!

Hotel is nice, room was nice. Pool was great as well. Breakfast was terrible. For how much rooms are per night, at last cook real eggs. The powdered eggs are horrible. Any breakfast meat was cold and over cooked. Even though I loved the hotel and would stay there based on property and staff by 100% would not based on the food you served for breakfast

Quiet, clean, friendly staff and excellent breakfast

The room was fantastic for our family of four! The separate bedroom with a door was great for early bedtimes for the kids but most notably, the oversized bathroom with TWO sinks and ample counter space. The kids thought the jetted tub was as good as the pool, and the shower was spacious and clean. Overall the room was updated, the kitchenette had ample space and lighting and it was a room we could have comfortably stayed in for a week (or longer if it was up to my kids). The breakfast had good variety and the staff were friendly and helpful, both in the breakfast room, front desk and around the building. The pool area is bright and large, the hot tub was clean, the pool was warmer than most and the waterslide and mushroom fountain happily entertained my kids for hours and hours each day. We didn’t have a chance to try the onsite restaurant, but enjoyed how close the hotel was to a shopping center with many different restaurant and fast food choice and other amenities like a grocery store. Really looking forward to coming back soon!

Clean, great pool and breakfast

Great clean hotel! Awesome staff!

All was good except TV remote was near impossible to figure out. Not at all user friendly.😕 Breakfast was good with lots of options except no oatmeal. Pool and waterslide was great! Fitness room had only 1 10lb dumbbell. Couple of maintenance issues in the room. Nothing major.
