5歳の娘と二人で滞在しました。 チェックイン時間の大分前に到着してしまい、荷物だけ預かってもらって午後に戻りました。ウェルカムドリンクはアルコールも選べました。 最初に案内された部屋がとてもかび臭く、なんとかしてほしいとお願いしましたがマネージャーが不在のため明日の朝に対応するとのことでそのスタッフの対応にはがっかりでした。その後マネージャーの方がもどってきていたのでもう一度かび臭い旨伝えるとその場で部屋を交換いただけました。新しい部屋は広く快適でした。 翌朝、セーフティーボックスに不具合があり対応お願いしましたが、すぐ行くと言われてから全然来てくれず、、3回くらい催促に行ってやっと対応いただきました。早く出掛けたかったのでちょっとイライラしました。 プールはこじんまりで欧米の年配の方がゆったりまったり泳いでいます。こちらもゆっくりしたかったのでちょうど良い雰囲気でした。滞在時は何度もプールに入りました。 朝食がすごくおいしかったです！

パトンビーチから歩いてすぐの便利な場所にありながら、ホテル敷地内はとても静かで快適に過ごせました。スタッフも皆フレンドリーで気持ちがよかったです。

The stay at Austrian Gardens, for the price, was a truly pleasant stay. The service staff were friendly and prompt with their service, and even handled the troubles (e.g. multiple blackouts, wifi breakdown) effectively. The areas were well-maintained with daily housekeeping. Honestly, the place was calming and relaxing after a day's out. Location is also very walkable distance to Patong Beach, the shopping malls (20 mins walk) and accessible by transport. Just an area of improvement would be the shower facility. The water pressure can be a little too soft (like there's minimal water) and the temperature can vary. Thank you for making our stay memorable

It is a simple hotel. The room was nothing special, but it had everything you need and it worked. Good bed, wardrobe, safe, boxes and adjustable air conditioning. The bathroom was not big but sufficient for me. All in all, the hotel complex is clean and the staff make an effort, which is noticeable. Another advantage is the excellent cuisine (managed by a Styrian) with delicious Austrian dishes, and also very good Thai food. At night I didn't notice any noise from Bangla Road. Great place, beautiful garden and pool

The Austrian Garden is a true hidden gem. It's tucked away in a garden oasis, yet only a three minute walk to Patong beach. The restaurant has an extensive German menu, & Robert's team makes every post a winner. The hotel itself was spotless, and Thomas' staff just couldn't do enough to help. If you're interested in a well priced hotel with the best pool imaginable, ice cold beer, and great food, this one's for you.

Ved ankomst til hotellet Serveres en velkomst drink. Et rigtig dejlig og hyggelig have miljø omkring hotellets værelser og poll. Renlighed overalt med daglige skift af sengetøj m.m. Godt beliggende i rolige omgivelser i Patong med udsigt til bjergene og 10 min fra stranden. En rigtig god udbud af europæisk køkken med hurtig betjening Karin og Karl

The room had no telephone to the front desk. I had room 118, it was large but sparse. I believe I was the only person in building one, the other people, ( who spoke German) were in building two and three. All in all I was happy, went on a fishing tour and enjoyed Paton.
