地下鉄ディアゴナル駅から徒歩7-8分、カタルーニャ鉄道プロベンサ駅から3分で、グラシア通りにも近く、立地はとても良い。部屋には、タオル、金庫、洗濯機、乾燥機、ひと通りの食器や調理器具があったので、通り向かいのスーパーで買い物して、朝食を作った。部屋は新しいが髪の毛が落ちていたりしたが、特に気にならなかった。ベッドが狭いかも。 宿泊予約後、アパートからメールが届き、到着時間を事前に連絡した。アパートにスタッフが常駐していないので空港で手荷物を受け取り、出発前に電話連絡が必要し、到着時間を知らせる必要があった。そのため、英語が苦手な方には、ハードルが高いかもしれない。 全体的には、とても満足している。

　４泊の滞在。一人には贅沢ですが足回りがよくキッチンなど使えるところ探していました。 　送迎50ユーロとあり申し込みましたが、空港に迎えに来てくれて片道でのお値段。これでしたら空港のタクシー拾っても良いと思います。帰りはキャンセルして調べたところネットで帰りのタクシー予約してもこの値段の３分の２ちょっと。 　ですがドライバーさんがチェックインの連絡などして下さって通常のチェックイン時間よりかなり前でお掃除前のひどい部屋の状態でしたが荷物置いて貰い鍵も貰えたのでよかったかも。実際に部屋に入れるのはチェックイン時間後くらい。お掃除代がサイトより高かったです。後違う手数料も取られます。取られる場合もと書いてありますが当たり前のようです。もう少しクリアに表示頂けると良いですね。 　戻ると綺麗に片付いていましたが急いだのかチップスのクズや髪の毛などちょっと残っていましたが大体は綺麗に片付いていました。アメニティーも普通の揃っていて洗濯もキッチン用品も充実。軽く炒めるとか温めるには十分。ただ調味料は一切ないです。 　道路側の部屋で通りも観れますが特に素晴らしい景色ではありません。一晩泊まり夜中に車の吹かす音に飛び起こされました！　その後は酔っ払いが話す声前聞こえ車も通行も止みません。寝不足で朝メールにで部屋を変えてくれないか頼んでみました。昼には内側の部屋にかえてくれるとの返事で時間も合わせて貰える事に。これはラッキーだったかも。ちなみのこちらの部屋の方が掃除も綺麗でした。対応頂いたスタッフの方　フレンドリーですが対応早かったです。 　立地ですがカサミラにはまっすぐ歩いて10分ほど。地下鉄の駅なども近くアクセスも良い大変便利な場所でした。帰りは近くの駅から３駅目がか カテルーニャ広場でここから空港へのバスが出ています。一つ長い階段がありましたがよく探せばエスカレーターもありとても簡単。トータル１０ユーロで済みます。 　アパート自体にはインフォメーションもフロントもないです。パソコン持って行ったので近くのオーガニックスーパーを検索したりして食材と調味料調達、カフェもバルも近くにありでかなり良い滞在になりました。

Laundry in the room was excellent. Room was clean and had what we needed. Wifi kept dropping was our only issue.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Bonavista Apartments property! It was very central and close to transit stations, local attractions, and restaurants/cafes. We also really appreciated the storage lockers located inside the building where we left our luggage before check in time. The apartment was spacious and we loved having a kitchen, laundry and two bedrooms. Be mindful that while the kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, you still have to buy your own supplies (salt/pepper, cooking oil…) so you can bring some of that stuff with you and save some money from having to buy it there. Shout out to Víctor who was very responsive to my questions before our stay and when we first arrived!

Great location. Easy in and out. Had everything we needed for a great stay.

Nice clean apartment close to metro and walking distance to major sightseeing area, shopping and plenty of restaurants. Check in was very easy and no need to see the staff in person.

cozy, well equipped and clean

C’est la deuxième fois que je vais à cet appartement-hôtel. La communication est excellente avec le personnel du standard, l’équipement de l’appartement est super, le coin génial. Mais… il est vieillissant… il faut refaire la peinture, changer la vaisselle, la sécheuse, etc. Sinon, tout est bien.

Great aparment. great location. A biger beds would be better as there were two slim single beds put together you sort of like drop in the middle as the beds separate if you move a lot easly. also shower preasure copuld be better,not a big deal really as there is alwyas hot water and works perfectly well. other than that confy and in very good conditions.

The apartment is exactly as it was shown on the website. The location is absolutely impeccable. A tasteful neighbourhood with a lot of restaurants, shops and supermarkets to choose from. The owner is very friendly and responsive. I will recommend it to anyone!

Very clean. Good location. Great AC. Washer/dryer. Kitchenette. Very small elevator, but at least there is one. Remember to bring your own coffee for the coffee maker!

Excellent location, very clean and very comfy beds.

Good location, clean, good communication. Within a few blocks for shopping, restaurants and public transportation. Nice to have 2 bedrooms. The larger bedroom faces the street and Spain hangs out late… bring ear plugs. Our son is 5’11’, the twin beds are narrow and short.

It was clean. Easy to access and very closed from Metro
