rude and very trashy rooms

Convenient.. a few things could be updated but had everything you need... comfortable and warm room/bed... good shower

Convenient and a reasonable price

The host was welcoming and the unit was tidy. It was an older part of the complex but the room was suitable for an overnight stay. I have stayed here previously in the newer units which are nice. Unfortunately, the hot water did not work which was frustrating for showers in the morning. Hopefully that was fixed after our stay.

Good little area but the room that was given to me smelt musty n dusty everywhere and the shower was still dirty. Plenty of parking but cleaners coming through at 5pm was not it.

Advertised as Executive , very much far from it, would not stay there again, take your ID and CC into another room for "verification", think they are cloning them, receptionist very abrupt and rude

The room stunk when we walked in. There was no smoke alarm, and when notified staff didnt remedy. There was slimy marks on the walls and also a lipstick kiss mark above the headboard. The rubbish bin was broken. There was burn marks on the duvet. And the shower door rollers were rusted and not moving.

It seemed that there was 2 different standards of units and the ones pictured when we booked were for a different paying customer that on WOTIF customers.

No globe in bedside lamp Curtains need replacing( backing)

A little tricky getting out into traffic as right on the intersection of a busy road at rush hour times even on a saturday. But friendly staff, clean and fresh room. When we got back to our room someone else had taken our park in front of our room, however we could still park in the hotel gounds. All in all great place to stay

The smell in the room was vile to say the least! Cross between musty and wet carpet. The bed was so hard and only 2 awful pillows. No facecloths or hand towels were supplied and the shower was so old its not cleanable. Nothing executive about this property.

Lovely staff and very helpful. The property isn’t very clean and it smells funny. The pipes leak water through the unit.

Only stayed one night so not enough time to judge the whole place. The room was good and spacious. The bed was uncomfortable and dipped in the middle. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work

Studio room that we stayed needs renovations.

I did not stay and request a refund please.

Dirty plates in cupboard, previous occupants socks found in bed so sheets not changed, shower door didn't shut, dvd player not working, fobbed off by staff.

Had no towels in bathroom, someone called after checkout complaining that we didnt tell them about the no towels. People seem to be living there as we assume not sure though.

Rude staff, couldn’t be bothered to get off a call to even show me where the room was. it’s used for emergency housing so the rooms are not clean, they smell.

Mouldy bathroom, no extraction fan. Feeling insecure to stay.
