２０１６年４月１２日から９０１号に５泊しました。予約したカテゴリーとは違う部屋でした。フロントのポールとレスリーはとてもフレンドリーで助けになってくれます。アーリーチェックインを希望しておりましたが、快くアレンジしてくれましたしその夜に来たエクスペディアからの簡易アンケートに”お湯が出ない”と回答するとすぐに連絡があり状況を把握する努力をしていました。私自身ここゴールドコーストは６度目ですが、ここが一番施設が古く戸惑いました。オーブンレンジや洗濯機のダイアルを合わせるインジケーターはもはや判別ができないほどに消えかかっていてどこに合わせていいかはほぼ感に頼っていましたし、ベットは２世代前のマットレスとフレームでした。私としては次に同じ部屋だと断るでしょう。

We only stayed one night, but it was fantastic! Right on the beach so no road to cross with two small children, amazing views and absolutely lovely lady on reception. Will definitely stay again

Lovely ocean view .

Lovely place to stay. The view is unbeatable. Very friendly staff made us feel at home. Our apartment was spotless and very well appointed. The only issue was that we did not have a shower in our ensuite, just a bathtub. Not really much of a concern though.

Beautiful view right on the beach. Managers Dana and Mark are lovely people and nothing was to much trouble. Highly recommend Pelican Sands as a great holiday destination.

We stayed during a random weather event. Although we did not enjoy the beach as planned, we watched things unfold from the comfort of our room. Staff were fantastic, facilities were great, and our room was amazing.

Great location and service. Fully self-contained apartments, large living space, and full kitchen amenities. The beach here is one of the best in the world. Amazing views and walking distance to essential shopping such as groceries, liquor outlets, bakery, cafes, and restaurants. There is a recently completed paved boardwalk for the joggers and riders. The management here are helpful and friendly.

Excellent place,maybe double glaze windows in bedroom to keep traffic noise down

The location is great. Waking up to the view and sound of the ocean is fantastic. The room was old and not very clean. Definitely livable but not as clean as I would expect for the price. The major pro is beach access without crossing a street. Out of the property door, cross a walkway (which is a great exercise or strolling trail), and you are at the unpatrolled beach. If you want a lifeguard area it is approximately 10 minutes walk in either direction. The pool is in a great spot but quite deep, close to 180cm or 6 feet in most areas. Having a full apartment next to the beach is the best thing about the place. The place is doable without a vehicle. Modest amenities are within about a 15 minute walk. The management are very friendly and helpful.
