ジャグジーが壊れており、作動を止められず朝まで一晩中その騒音に悩まされました。又、 庭でのバーベキューを楽しみにしていたのですが、ガス式のバーベキューグリルも火が点かずガスがシューシュー漏れて居り、危険を感じ使用をやめました。結局家の中のホットプレートでステーキを焼く事になりました。一階をお借りしましたが二階の足音が良く聞こえて気になりました。綺麗な海も近く、スーパーも車で3分とロケーションは最高なのに、少し残念な気持ちになりました。装備に問題無ければ、足音が聞こえても5点満点を上げたいです。

Cozy and close to town and marina.

Have stayed here three times now, first time in the Garden unit only complaint is the noise from the people above. Otherwise beautiful location and unit has everything you need.

Very handy to water. On the ground floor area the roof noisy from creaky floor upstairs and heavy walkers which was a little concern. Bed very firm, ok if you like that.

This is a lovely apartment with a great view. There are some things that need improvement, the outdoor chairs are very uncomfortable and seat you so low that I couldn’t see the view over the balustrade. There were a few window winders that were broken and some long term dust on the bedroom window that fell onto the bed when I closed the window. But saying that I enjoyed my time there and loved Nelson bay.

Stay was most enjoyable with accommodation very suitable for short stay Would suggest some sharp knives and perhaps phone charging usb. All in all would recommend and will be back

We just got back from our time at Amore at the Beach. For us it was perfect. Lovely unit with a great view. Walking distance to the marina and shops. Great facilities at the unit, Wifi, Alexa with speaker, foxtel, Netflix etc. Highly recommend.

The area was peaceful with nice views to the ocean. Maintenance is needed in bathroom and with some cleaning to the venician blinds. Bed was comfortable which was ideal. Easy walking track to shops and eateries nearby.

Unit has everything you need and warm and comfortable, bed amazing. We did meet the owners who due to my mobility upgraded us to bigger unit for no extra cost. Lovely people Only a very short stroll to have a swim and has outside shower

Lovely to be able walk down to the beach from the property. Loved sitting on the verandah listening to the birds and enjoying the view.

Poor bathroom facilities (small, cold water, low pressure) and Foxtel advertised but not working

A large one bed apartment that was one of three, converted from an existing house. A little dated and in need of a few improvements but comfortable and close to town.

Close to beach 5 minute walk and the marina a 15 minute walk. It was a lovely place to stay. Not suitable if you can’t walk up/down inclines.

The View Amore was a excellent. The view of Dutchies Beach was just beautiful. We ate in on the balcony every night. Exceptional

Lots of extras e.g.coffee machine, Netflix, spa bath. Near to Dutchies beach (3min walk) and near to Marina.

Great location for acces to Dutchman’s Beach & the shops. Lovely view & pleasant sitting outside watching the birds & the sea in the background. Very nice for short stays.

Good for 3 night stay in garden suite. Plenty of room stayed in winter even better for summer
