スタッフの方たちは皆親切で、気持ちよく滞在出来ました。空港からの道も分かりやすかったです。部屋もきれいに清掃されていました。キッチン設備、食器なども揃っていて、特に困る事はありません。真夏でしたが室内は涼しいので、エアコンがなくても気になりません。

Spacous and quiet

Absolutely loved my 4 night stay in one of the deluxe cabins. Bed and pillows were perfect. Everything was lovely and clean. Basic kitchen utensils, but everything you need. Loved sitting outside on the balcony. Paddymelons and rabbits were great entertainment throughout the park. Beautiful early morning walks picking the first of the season wild blackberries. They were delicious. Annette, the manager was a delight. Excellent people person. We talked most days. Noticed she was extremely hard worker as well. Will definitely be back.

Both water taps were squeaking, with the bathroom tap being particularly loud when the hot water was used. In addition, the hot water tap was leaking. The shower head was fixed in position and could not be adjusted, which made it difficult to shower comfortably underneath. The bathroom door also appeared swollen and could not be closed properly. Overall, the condition and presentation of the bathroom gave the impression that maintenance and upkeep have not been adequately addressed.

Room was clean but dated. Set in bushland so very quiet.

Furniture and decor was dated. Mattresses were unsupportive No face washers come with the rooms.

Great value

Lovely staff greeting, beautiful bush setting, 10 minutes out of Launceston, but that was no problem at all.. Supermarket and cafes 4 mins drive or 15 min walk away.. lovely and quiet up the back of the park.. very clean.

It was clean and tidy, very old buildings needed a revamp.

Staff pleasant and helpful. Main issue for us was hot water. Only 3 in family,and no long showers but hot water was no existent. Tiny tank to service 2x units. Otherwise property and services were okay for price.

You could prepare your own food there was everything you needed it was quite and the staff was very friendly

Stayed in one of the deluxe cabins for 2 nights and will be back in the future to stay longer. Fantastic accommodation at a fantastic price!
