キッチンが広くて料理器具も揃っていてもう一泊したくなった。ジャグジーやプールもあり、海で泳いで、プールに入って、ジャグジーで温まるというコースがお気に入り。レストランで料理を注文して、部屋で食べることがでた。お部屋もきれいで 清潔。

部屋を歩いたら足が真っ黒になった。拭き掃除がされていない。アリが出たので殺虫剤を借りて部屋の角などにスプレーしたら大きなダニやゴキブリが出てきて死んだ。ベランダは初日から鳥のフンやアリの大群でリゾートに来て掃除に追われた。備え付きの洗濯機は洗剤投入口がカビだらけだった。１週間の連泊なのにトイレットペーパーやゴミ袋は最初にあったもの以外は購入するように言われた。隣のアップライジングはここより安く泊まれるのに綺麗な部屋でテレビも大きく毎日清掃に入ってくれると言うのに、ここは清掃は出るまで、しないというしバスタブの排水は詰まって流れず３回も人を呼んだ。結局、排水口の口を開けっ放しにして使うように言われた。セキュリテイBOXは最初閉まっていて使えなかった。テレビの説明書も電源を入れたら付くとあったが衛生用のコントローラーがあっていなくて帰る頃になってやっと見れた。備え付けのナイフは切れなくて調理器具や食器は汚れていた。最初に洗い直してから使うようだった。

Entire hotel was clean and well maintained. Wish rooms had outlets right next to the night stand or on the night stand for easy phone charging. Overall, very good resort.

Staff were really helpful and professional, specially Kim . Grounds staff kept the property well maintained, room needed some maintenance but overall the entire stay was excellent. Would be returning to this place again soon

What a wonderful stay we had!! The manager, Kim (a lovely human), greeted us a few times by saying 'Welcome home' and it truly felt like that. The team are lovely, friendly and go out of their way to help. A particular team member - Dee - who was our waitress, barista, hostess, bartender and 'tour guide' was a firm favourite with our family. She always checked in, made us feel so welcome and genuinely seemed to enjoy what she does. We got 'free breakfast' as part of our package, and we thought it would be the standard continental deal, no problem, BUT NO it was a full cooked breakfast menu and it was delicious! What a lovely suprise. Thank you so much to the ULTIQA family, we had the best time and will never forget our time with you.

If you like having your own private beach and staff who knows your names then this is for you. We came with our two adult sons. The property is beautiful and Kim took care of all our day trips. This is a wonderful place to stay.

Rooms & all furniture in the bathrooms & bedroom needs to be really updated. The curtains in the windows needs to be replaced too, and all the beddings at the same time. I never saw any of the staff caring cleaning detergent to clean . the staffs are friendly. The yard is nice well maintained and the beach is only few minutes away .

We had a great stay at Fiji palms the staff are all amazing, friendly and helpful, the garden staff do such a great job of maintaining the beautiful grounds, the restaurant staff Elvin, Dee, Linda to mention a few there were others who we didn't grab their names that were all fantastic, the reception staff helped us work out bus routes and tours and were so knowledgeable they made the stay so relaxing and the perfect place to unwind not overrun with tourists, close to shops and a dive centre. A little maintenance required here and there but we would visit again in a heartbeat 💓

The staff and facilities, and access to the beach were great. The food in their resteraunt was good, not excellent, but good. You do have to provide your own filtered or bottled water and your own shampoo and soap which was disappointing. I would have given 5 stars except the wifi wasn't available in the rooms, you had to go outside in the heat and humidity to get wifi. Also, it took them 4 days to fix our AC in the main room, so we had to blast the AC from our bedroom to cool the room. They appologized and said they are working on the wifi ... Because everything else was so good, I would possibly give them another chance after checking on wifi.

The building we were in needed an up grade as per the other buildings already had been upgraded

Excellent value. Not luxury but the rooms are roomy. Nice to have a kitchen and laundry in the room. Close to many activities. I’d stay here again.

It’s a decent high 2 to 3 star. Having full apartments is nice with the kitchen and stuff if you need that. It’s just not worth the price and there’s nothing to do in the area.

Everything in the room was ok but i think a little work in the bathroom would be great. If extra bathroom mat could be provided will be better in future since one shower makes it messy. Restaurant- Aja is the best chef that we ever met. I dont think anyone can make better food than him. He is a 100. Apart from that, service in restaurant is okay but if lunch menu can be looked in. There is not much to chose from. I mean utilqa is one of the best resorts and nothing can stop me from staying there for vacation. But the lunch menu is not that interesting. Staff service is 👍 perfect. Specially kim. Thank you for your kindness. You are very helpful and a top in solving any issues. My husband and i appreciate you. Utilqa is one of our favorites and my family and i will continue our stay with you. Thank you.

The two room modern apartment was spotless with a fully stocked kitchen for us to make breakfasts and lunches. While we used aircon at night during the day you can open the windows and stay cool with the prevailing breeze (we were on 3rd floor). The staff were great and the restaurant serves amazing food. We didn’t even try another place during our five day stay since there were so many menu choices on site. The pool is large and there are several hot tubs. The beach was amazing! Long stretch of soft sand where we played hours of games in the water. There is no local coral reef to cut your feet on. Lots of SCUBA options nearby, including the famous shark dive tours. The landscaping is very well done - flowers everywhere. 100% will go back because of the relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, and great restaurant.
