閑静な環境にある歴史あるホテルで、きれいな景色と庭を楽しんでとてもリラックスできました。

とても素敵なホテルでした。スタッフさんも英語がわからない私をよくフォローしてくださいました。中庭で星を眺めました。最高！

12月に訪問。 中庭で子ども遊ばせながら夕食ができる。 バーの食事も飲み物もとても良かったです。

ワナカへ移動するのであれば良いが、立地はクイーンズタウンから遠く、かつ、山道。朝食はパンやハム、チーズなど、軽食であるが、美味しい。レストランと併設されており、夕食も食べれば良かった後悔した。内装はエキゾチック。共用のジャグジーがある。

建物が白を基調とした深い紅色の縁取りをした建物ので、中も昔ながらの内装でした。ニュージーランドの古き良き建築を満喫するにはもってこいです。ただ、僕の泊まった部屋は、他の客室と離れた場所にあり、車通りがやや気になり、ボイラー音が夜じゅう低い唸り声をあげていました。一人で宿泊したので、離れになったのだと思いますが、今度は家族連れで本館宿泊したいです。日中から夜にかけ、レストランは家族連れで賑わい、中庭に座り食事すると、夢のような時間が味わえるのでないかと想像していました。

We checked in and had lunch which included lamb burgers and beers. Then we spent some time in the hot tub. The grounds are nice and the place does look like a piece of history.

Rooms were a good size. Laundry facilities were available. A small refrigerator in the room would be helpful, as we had some perishables in a cool bag. It was very busy as it was valentine's day, however our request for a table for an evening meal was not a problem.

Cardona hotel is a gem!! The place has so much character and is so thoughtfully designed/ preserved. Our dinner was excellent, the room was immaculate and the entire place is full of charm and history. We absolutely loved our night there and recommend everyone has at least a one night stay at this iconic hotel!!

The room was spotless and beautiful. The property is absolutely charming. Everything is clean and beautiful and the staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. We wished we had stayed longer, it was a great place to relax.

Our stay was superb from start to finish. It’s such an iconic and magical place and we chose to stay for that reason. However the quality of our stay and the service we received exceeded our expectations. The building, gardens, bar and restaurant are superb. Breakfast and dinner were both of a very high standard and the staff are great too. Our room (15) with its own balcony overlooking the gardens was superb.

Our family really enjoyed staying at the Cardrona. Super comfy beds, steps away from the lovely garden bar and a soak in the hot tub was a lovely way to end the evening. A small fridge in rooms would be a good addition to make.
