水圧がイマイチだった

スタッフはフレンドリー、ロケーションも良くて快適でした。3ベッドルームに滞在しましたが、とても広くキッチン道具もそろっていて助かりました。

アーリーチェックインをさせて頂いたり、困った事には親切に対応して頂きました。部屋はキッチン用品が揃っていたり、特に不便は感じなかったです。ただ残念だったのが、かろうじてオーシャンビューの部屋とはいえ、向かい側で新しいマンション建築工事をしており、外を見ると、1番にクレーン車が見えたり、朝の7時から工事の音がうるさかったりと、仕方ないにしろ正直滞在した部屋はあまりよくなかったです。

The apartment was well-sized and close to the beach with a pleasant pool area. Location was a short walk from the shops and restaurants at Surfers. Unfortunately the apartment was not clean. When we arrived there was food and a pen lid on the rug, so it had clearly not been vacuumed. The inside of the fridge also had not been cleaned and there were food scraps inside. When we opened the dishwasher there was a live cockroach inside and another scurried across the kitchen floor. Glass doors and the balconies clearly hadn’t been cleaned in some time. We raised the issue of cleanliness on check in and they offered to send someone the next day to clean the apartment. We chose to use the vacuum provided rather than wait a day. When we spoke to staff at reception the next day they acknowledged that there have been some issues with cleaning and gave us an email address to contact detailing our issues. We took photos and will forward these to the email address supplied. Decor in this apartment, which was sold as a superior apartment, was looking tired too and could use an update.

Walking distance to Cavill Ave.

Some apartments are getting old and they look like it inside. The one we were looking in had terrible beds. The staff are wonderful and the property is amazingly clean and quiet. Great views.

The apartments are old and not in pristine condition, but they were a good size and would definitely stay there again. We thought the facilities were great and the grounds are very well looked after

The room we stayed in was fine. It could use updated furniture. The cleaning was ok, the carpets need a deep clean and to be vacuumed. Over all it worked for us, and our budget. The location was great walking distance or an easy uber to many places. The pool and hot tub area was very nice. We had a washing machine that didn't work, they gave us a key to use a different room to do some laundry, that room was VERY NICE! And next day we had a new washer installed! We did wish we had a couple more rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, a couple of wash cloths for the bathroom, and garbage bags. Over all we were pleased and would recommend. It was loud (traffic and ocean) at night, so we needed a sound machine app.

Property location was great - the full view of the ocean was amazing! Fully stocked with cutlery & kitchen utensils - two sachets of laundry powder, dishwash & detergent. Lounge area was great space! Rooms were ok too. The pool was fantastic! For the price paid - on first night, the main shower head was leaking and the ensuite wasn't draining properly but property were quick to resolve next day. Rooms need a refresh - esp the curtains. The bedrooms were so hot - we stayed as long as we could in the lounge. A/C in the rooms would make a huge difference. The a/c in the lounge was in the wrong location.

Very good location. Comfy beds. Have a nice view of the beach which is just across the road. Less busy as it is approx 11min walk to Caville avenue. Has private parking. Unfortunately, the place shows it age. The cleaners does a very poor job of cleaning and really has to step up their game.

Overall was good. Just didn’t have an aircon in every bedroom. 2. Hot bath tube was not in useable condition. Broken handle, water stopper not the right size.

Its a old property, with all the things you need for the stay. Location is the key here, our room had 3 ways view to the ocean, suana and pool was available to use, so enjoyed the stay. Cleanlinesswise it was ok, as there was beach sand on chairs and sofa.

The spa and dishwasher didnt work, not that we really needed it anyway. But, for an older motel the room was pretty good freshly shampooed carpets, comfy beds,great view, and you can really open up the big windows to get that beautiful sea breeze in. Didn't even need air conditioning. Good facilities. Pool and bbq Areas are good.
