Check in was easy & room was ready early which was great. Room was adequately furnished and spacious. Unfortunately on our last morning we lost power and had to ring the emergency number provided on check in. I was made feel that the issue was my fault, because I had 2 appliances (toaster & kettle) and heater on at the same time??? I was told this by emergency manager who initially arrived with no keys to meter box and who insisted it was in the bedroom, it was not! Upon checkout I informed reception of the situation who again stated that I was using too many appliances at once, she was very abrupt, put a sour note to the end of the weekend.

Comfortable king bed, had a hotel room , it had microwave, bar fridge , plates, bowls, cutlery. Free WiFi. Staff very accommodating. Very clean around the whole park.

The studio apartment was a fabulous space. Very clean and comfortable with everything you needed to make your stay enjoyable. Great amenities with plenty of on site activities for families and especially enjoyed the heated pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful and quick to respond to any concerns. Definitely recommend.

Perfect for a short-term stay. Kitchenette had all the appliances that you could need to be self-sufficient.

Absolutely spotless villa and park. Very well equipped villa and the most super comfy king bed ever! This is by far the best Big 4 Ingenia park I have ever stayed in. Would stay here again in a heart beat. Thank you 🙏

If you are a family with kiddos, this park is for you. For a couple not so much. There were far too many accommodation types jammed into one little spot, making for very little privacy. Rhe one bedroom apartments are right on the roundabout so lots of road traffic, coupled with the very noisy aircon. Every time the water clicked in it rattled the pipes and the outdoor unit was on the roof right outside the bedroom. The apartment overall was pretty good, altho the floor could have had more attention paid to it. The bed was the highlight with a fabulous topper on it, which made for a comfortable sleep, apart from abovementioned noise. Personally I would look elsewhere for accommodation if I was in this location again.

Clean rooms. Quite spacious. Quiet. Great park for children. Friendly staff. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, etc.

Staff are friendly, the place (grounds) clean & tidy Our cabin was clean, had everything we needed, shower pressure was great. Will definitely come back & stay again
