総合評価とレビュー Klana Resort Seremban - newly renovated

非常に良い、非常に素敵、スタッフは非常にフレンドリー

素晴らしい経験でした。今のところ順調です。

クラナ レビュー リゾートでの滞在は、いくつか小さな問題があったものの、概ね満足のいくものでした。チェックインの際、スタッフが私の予約の詳細を見つけられなかったようで、少し遅れました。これは多少不便でしたが、全体的な体験に大きな影響はありませんでした。残念ながら、部屋の清潔さには少し物足りなさを感じました。バスルームの水は濁っていて、カーペットに針が数本落ちていたため、安全上の問題が懸念されました。今後このような事件が起きないように、ハウスキーピング チームが清掃手順をより徹底してくれることを願っています。これらの問題はありましたが、このリゾートは滞在に適した選択肢だと思いました。スタッフは概してフレンドリーで親切で、設備も十分でした。今後宿泊される方は、到着時に部屋を注意深く点検し、清潔さに関する懸念があれば管理者に報告することをお勧めします。

Staff is friendly, in-house restaurant and live band, very good

1) Stagnant water in the bathroom. 2) my family keep sneezing and feel itchy our whole body. 3) my son room TV is not working. 4) swimming pool so dirty. 5) broken chair. 6) too many dust at table and floor.

Smelly room, not the same as pictures, greeny park is outdoor for public not inside the resort. Overrated. Will not come back and recommend to anyone.

I love my stay here. Only a night but it was all fantastic. Front office staff were very helpful & attentive. In room breakfast, love the sambal & nasi goreng.

Kolam renang best..untuk kanak sangat selesa..dari segi sarapan pagi sangat-sangat mengecewakan huhu.

The room is clean and spacious. Water pressure for shower is ok. The breakfast food was nice.. my mom loved the nasi lemak with beef rendang. Loved the coffee as well. Overall was a worth it hotel to stay if you are in Seremban.

Tq Kelana, check in yang amat memudahkan dan mesra, kolam yang luas, sangat teruja n seronok menikmati percutian yang hebat.

things I like. 1 is smart tv. 2 is great pool, kids love it. 3. got other activities. 4 is surrounding by trees. 5 is awesome food. 5 is good service. 6 is FoodPanda! 7. will come again, definitely.

Room - spacious with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed location - closed to mall (centre point mall) pool - large kids pool breakfast - good taste, but limited variety of food bathroom - no hot water at all @ room 717 (no room changes offered, only sorry by the maintenance person).

Pro- bilik cantik dan besar, kolam besar, lokasi strategik. Staff mesra. TV ada netflix, good job. Cons- breakfast tak banyak choice.

Hotel cantik dan bersih, amat sesuai untuk keluarga bercuti.

The room is spacious. King bed is comfy. However, the shower area is clogged badly. The torchlight & hair dryer are both not working. Please upgrade your service.

It's a very good hotel in seremban. We enjoy on this hotel. staff on check-in counter very friendly 🙂 But this hotel no provide toothbrush after we call front desk, no shampoo only soap, breakfast no so much choice, but will come again in future 🙂

Its a nice hotel, it's under renovation... I got a new rooms.. comfy and nice touch to it...

Lokasi cantik ditengah bandar and bilik pun cantik cuma kawasan sekeliling agak sunyi. Bila malam agak seram di kawasan belakang coz tiada lampu. Masih under renovation.
