Hiltonの後に泊まったので見劣りするかな、と思っていましたが、清潔なベッド、テレビ、机、キッチン、トイレ、冷蔵庫があって、バスタブやプールこそなかったけれど、施設の新しさや価格の安さがあり、安心しました。

スリーベッドルームに家族５人で泊まりました。洗濯機、乾燥機付きで助かりました。キッチン、バスルームも２つずつありました。室内設備が充実していて快適に過ごせました。

Great stay safe secure and flean

The room was with out a garden and very shadow. The foto you showed on you booking page looks very different.

Large 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen & washer & dryer was perfect for our stay. Location in Alice is okay & there was secure parking. Unfortunately Alice is not always the safest location to stay but we did feel safe

Very well equipped apartment, especially liked having washer and dryer in room. Needs a few more kitchen tools, like paring knife, etc. Two knives were provided but were too large and not sharp. Providing items like salt and pepper would be appreciated. Parking lot was crowded, difficult to maneuver, and pool is too small and not very nice - filter is not run continuously so debris floating on top of water was a problem.

Hotel badly needs an update. Stained carpets, sad furniture, kind of depressing. Staff was helpful

Need dish drainer and more cutlery

Our room was small and basic. Just a small thing but there was nowhere to drain dishes after washing.

Our Quest apartment was very clean and had all we needed. It was a good base to explore this amazing area.

Being upstairs is really awkward for people with health issues. There is no lift. The receptionist offered to assist with our luggage. They definitely need a lift.
