Free shuttle to the airport was good deal for me

遅めのチェックインで、自分で鍵をとりチェックインしたのですが、隣の部屋の人が鍵を間違えて取り出し、入れないハプニングはありましたが、オーストラリア人の方が管理人の方に連絡して下さり、チェックインできました。 ありがとうございました。

部屋は比較的きれいに保たれていて、蚊や虫の影響は全くなかった。車や飛行機の騒音もなく、静かな環境でとても快適であった。ビジネスでの利用なら、全く問題ないホテルだと思った。

No shuttle on Saturday

Hi, We were pleasantly surprised at how well the room worked at for our overnight stay while on layover in Brisbane. The motel receptionist was very nice, as was the shuttle driver who drove us to the airport promptly. The room was clean and neat with a well lit bathroom and good water pressure. We would definitely stay again if we found ourselves in the area for a layover.

The room was clean and tidy I did not encouter any staff

The grounds weren’t nice nothing like the pictures. The room was clean but it had a funny smell and the bathroom sink smell coming from it shower door didn’t close so the bathroom floor ended up all wet . The price on line I thought I was paying $429 But when I got my invoice it was $. 437 And it was over price for 1 night

It’s an old worn out room with plates and cutlery all sitting in the drainer in the sink! 1 fork, 1 teaspoon .I can’t believe we were charged so much for crap like this. I am mortified. There are Gorgeous hotels near the airport 1/2 the price of this crap..

Room was fine. Gardens could do with a tidy up. Dirty ashtray out the back table. Had trouble with TV. Fine for an overnight stay or a base to come back at night to sleep

Location and views

Late arrival was easy to get the keys and get self access. Easy self check out prior to opening hours, comfortable, clean and very good accessible location.

The office woman was very helpful.Ordered a taxi for me which was on time.Also she left great instructions for getting and dropping off keys.Room was clean.Good courtyard to sit in.

With confirmed booking through online booking and email also stating confirmation, upon arrival my partner had waited for 2 people ..separate other bookings to be finalised although they were advised that their bookings were cancelled then for us also to be told no you don't have a booking either, as my partner came out to our car to get my phone to prove confirmation of booking the receptionist shut the doors and locked them and also shut the roller doors, without providing any information as to why not bothered to help us with resolving the matter and thus occurred at around 7 pm. Highly rude and very neglectful, appalling that we can't be provided reasoning. Being a local yet made to feel like we aren't even worthy of explanation for understanding what's happened and where/when our money would be refunded..., I'm just going to stop there should anyone else who books here especially being Australian, warning as you will see and feel this "motel" discriminates as they mainly provide for "their culture" we had to sleep in our car .

Such a comfy bed and pillows. Really clean and roomy. Just what you need to refresh before being shuttled to the airport. Thankyou
