部屋は掃除が行き届いていて、想像していたよりも清潔で快適に過ごせました。レセプションの対応もフレンドリーで良かったです。到着したのは土曜日の夜だったので、夕食を食べるところは近くになく、近所のColesも閉まってましたが、近くのTake awayのピザ屋を紹介してくださり、美味しくいただけました。アメニティは、歯ブラシは付いていないので持参した方がいいです。またGraftonに行くことがあれば、利用させていただきたいと思います。

Clean and tidy

Last minute decision to stay over night was charged $200 for a room that did not have a table and the place looked dull

The man i met at the front desk was one of the loveliest people on earth. He was so kind and accommodating when we had to check in really late at night. The overall room was basic, the water temperature in the shower kept fluctuating and when another room would have a shower you would hear this piercing noise from the pipes. But it was clean, and presented lovely. I would stay here again just for the man at the front desk.

Room was clean and comfortable, but didn’t like having to walk up stairs from car to room.

Parking underneath (in case of flooding) than steps. If can’t use steps had to go to front of main building to get onto walkway

Well situated, friendly owner gave great information regarding places to dine. Room and bathroom very clean. Easy parking- basic accommodation at a reasonable price.

The restaurant had closed down. I booked at this Motel because it had a restaurant advertised. They did give me the name of a place to have dinner and Breakfast.

Guy on reception was nice, rooms were fine and as you’d expect.

Good to stay but me and my daughter felt itchy on bed had to have antihistamine. Aldo when we clearly said three person there should be at least another single bed for comfortable otherwise what is the point to have number of guest.

Disappointing. , at moment there’s refurbishment being done so no breakfast and no meals at all, I had to go to Coles to get frozen meal which I microwaved it. The room was “very tired”but on plus side. It will be ok once Reno’s are finished, in meantime I think $184 is way too much for a bed

Did Realise this was a two story building and restaurant was closed

The best thing I can say about this place is the bed was good. You aren't permitted to use the pool it is filthy anyway. Booked here as it has a restaurant. No not Sunday night. I have a disability. Nowhere are you advised that parking is beneath the rooms with only stair access. There is a flat access from the reception but if in a wheelchair, walking sticks, back or mobility issues you can not park and get back up the ridiculously steep driveway. If you have a physical disability this is definitely not the place for you.

Definitely one of the best in grafton stays.
