Little perks like the complimentary mini bar and 24 hour pool (adults only after 3pm) put the Oriana at the top of the list!

The room had an unpleasant smell. Air conditioning unit was very loud. Appreciated the fruit and complimentary soft drinks. The room and bathroom were very tired and not very clean. I also had an item in my room go missing. Overall would avoid, particularly given the price

Clean room, very helpful staff. Pool, poolside bar and restaurant were fantastic. Only criticism was that the other restaurants in the are currently not open and the terrace room Upgrade not really worthwhile as it is a shared terrace area and only small part undercover.

The Oriana was a wonderful experience with many activities to keep everyone relaxed and entertained.

Everything was nice

Very comfortable, spotless, helpful staff, excellent choices of places to eat.

The lady at reception was exceptional at her job. Food was great and the beds are really comfortable.

Lovely space and fresh fruit on arrival is a nice touch. One recommendation is have cars reversed into parking spaces to avoid glare of lights at night.

The welcome we received was outstanding, with welcoming bubbles, goodie bag, and room upgrade. The cocktail lounge is beautiful, with a range of drinks to match. The food in the Peacock dining room was top of the line. The extra surprise was the sauna and plunge pool. Fabulous!

Wonderful two night stay - lots of little thoughtful touches in the room made a big difference and made you feel welcome. The restaurant was fantastic- all round a lovely place to stay!
