Thank you for staying at Pacific Regis and changed parking space for us. It was good view and good place. I think that it is better if you set toilet paper only the beginning.

約1ヶ月の滞在で利用しました。 チェックイン後の印象は、清潔感のなさ。 小さい子供がいたので余計に気になりました。 国柄と言えばそれまでですが、設備的にも、クローゼットのドアは壊れていたり、テレビのリモコンは電池が入っていなかったり、寝室は窓が開いてるかと思うほど外からの音が聞こえ、キッチンにはアリが大量発生… 建物が古いのはわかりますが、もう少しどうにかできないかと思いました。 その他、事前の予告もないインスペクションや、窓掃除(不在の場合は勝手に入るのか？？)、ルーム清掃スタッフの質の悪さ… 宿泊には、安い金額を払ってるわけではないので、上記のような出来事の対応に時間とお金を取られるのはいい気持ちではありませんでした。 立地は最高です。 ２度と泊まりません。

家族５人（１歳児含む）で４泊しました。部屋はとても広く、設備も整っており素晴らしいの一言です。オーシャンビューが何よりもきれいで、毎日５時半に起きて海から上る日の出を見ることができました。沖合にいるクジラのジャンプも部屋から肉眼ではっきりと見ることができました。プールも屋外だけでなく、屋内と暖かいジャグジープールもありました。屋外プールは水温が冷たすぎて、入れませんでしたが、屋内のほうは温水プールだったので毎日子供たちが喜んではいっていました。ただジャグジーのほうは消毒のためか塩素のにおいがかなりきつく、ジャグジーを作動させてしまうと目が痛くて入れませんでした。チェックアウトの日に子供が階下のベランダにおもちゃを落としてしまったのですが、後日郵送で届けてもらいました。従業員の方もとてもいい人でした。

The pool indoors was freezing far too cold to swim in even in April. It’s needs a heater !

Beautiful View. Lovely renovated apartment.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms could have been a bit cleaner. The outdoor pool and the jacuzzis also looked like they could use a good cleaning. There is not a lot of supplies in place like laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent. You have to either buy more or make do with the little they give. Tehre was also only 4 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 5 nights. We ran out the last day and had to go buy more. I don't think I'd stay here again but if you're on a budget, it's not a bad place.

We reserved a delux / renovated room, which was on a higher floor. On making the reservation on Expedia it wasn’t quite clear what room you get. After I had made the reservation the small print said you might not have an ocean view( which would have been very disappointing!) All the rooms definitely don’t have an ocean view. The bedrooms only have ceiling fans, no airconditioning- airconditioning only in the lounge.

There was no air-con in the bedrooms despite the ad saying that there was, the air-con in the loungeroom didn't work very well. Staff were lovely and very welcoming.

My family loved our time at the Pacific Regis. Fabulous apartment and really lovely staff. The pools were great and hot spa pools were an unexpected bonus! Perfect location across the road from the beach and so close to cafes and restaurants.

Room was amazing, awesome view and nice touch with a bottle of wine on arrival. Staff were incredibly welcoming, thank you!

The room was nice however was hoping for a view as advertised, but could only see the top of a roof as was only one floor up. Also couldn’t access free to air tv in the lounge room, which wasn’t rectified despite advising reception. Overall, a comfortable stay and good proximity to beach and shops.

Ligger lige ved stranden med en perfekt udsigt. Lejligheden vi havde var nyrenoveret og virkelig lækker. Rent luxus ophold.
