駅前で便利。ホテルの従業員の方々も非常に親切で過ごしやすかったです。

ニューカッスル駅前で観光に便利。バスタブも付いている。シンクが小さいので多少使いにくいかもと思った。

移動の際に一泊だけ滞在しました。　部屋はもっと長く滞在したいと感じたほど素敵な物でした。　十分な広さ、キッチン、ベット、リビングはモダンで快適でした。 駅から5分以内で到着するので、大きな荷物を持っていても大丈夫でした。　早く着いたので、荷物だけ預けようと行くと、2時間も早くチェックインをさせてくれました。周りに食事や買い物をする所も徒歩で簡単に行くことが出来るし、本当に満足の行く滞在でした。

とにかく場所が良い。駅の真ん前。

ニューカッスル中央駅の目の前に位置する、アクセスに非常に便利なホテルです。ニューカッスル城や町の中心部も徒歩圏内。 内装はクラシックで古いホテルなので床が軋むけど、清掃は行き届いています。冷蔵庫、バスタブあり。 Wi-Fiが不安定で繋がり難かったのが難点でした。チェックインの際、セキュリティ・デポジットが1泊につき£50必要です。

Decent hotel although room was very cold and noisey

Room was really nice and not badly priced. Bed was also really comfy. Couldn't of asked for anything else.

Enjoyable stay, friendly receptionist, large room. Had dinner in hudsons which was lovely

The room was good with a comfy bed, clean bathroom room , shower with hot water etc. Mini bar was useful and not stupidly expensive. Could do with some better glasses for drinks. Staff were all friendly and offered luggage service. Breakfast was nice if not spectacular. Decor around the building could do with updating but otherwise a good place. Would go there again.

The County Hotel charged me twice for my stay last weekend, can’t get anyone on the phone to call me back to discuss, and they won’t respond to my e mails, horrendous customer service

This hotel was perfect for my needs - friendly staff, perfect sized room at a good price and right opposite the station with a Starbucks next door (although service v slow here in comparison!). Overall, great short term stop over in Newcastle.

Clean rooms/good breakfast and very happy with the staff.i would recommend staying at this hotel.i have stayed many times and is good for anyone wanting to explore the city.

We had a nice clean and updated room. The restaurant offered a nice variety of foods and the included buffet breakfast was excellent. This hotel is in a very convenient location to the train station.

The County Hotel is a beautiful old hotel that has been very well maintained. Breakfast is plentiful and the staff were great. Only improvement would be a better selection of toiletry items such as some lotion, shampoo and conditioner etc.

The hotel was beautifully situated right across from the railway station. The area isn't great with beggars, homeless and quite a lot of noise well into the early hours. Staff were great , really friendly. Room was very clean apart from a hair in the bath. No air conditioning which was a problem as temps hit 25 degrees the first night. Mini bar and kettle. Limited TV channel choice and no way to access for the fire stick. Bath/shower combination but all good. Didn't take meals at the hotel as there is a lot around about. Wasn't told about the WiFi but it is available.
