To be honest, the worst hotel I ever stayed but cost me $250 per night. - Dirty out side and inside - Bad mildew smell, feel sick - Outdated furniture - Smelly bath and broken jucuzzi - Poor amenity - Squaky when walking inside - No cleaning even stayed two night - The office is not tidy - No one here. Feel lonely

Fantasic location and room

Amazing stay walked into a beautiful cottage with relaxing smells and sounds. The estate itself is gorgeous and very well kept we 100% want to get married here one day!!

Lovely cabin, so peaceful a truly beautiful place!

A very peaceful getaway venue set in immaculate grounds. A cute and comfortable cottage with all amenities within easy driving distance to the main attractions. The pot belly stove was a particular highlight. Easy check in and out.

The property was clean and spacious. Parking is just a short stroll away from your cabin and the key box worked as expected. The bathroom was huge but there was only one towel hook to hang your towel on. Really needed a heated towel rack to dry the towels. The view from the bed is lovely overlooking a lush, very private, landscape. It would've been nice to sleep with doors wide open all night except there was no screen on the door to stop the bugs coming in. Other than that we had a lovely stay and would recommend.

A great place. Lovely large property that is and only one other couple had to ourselves. Could not ask for anything better. Will be back and will next time bring our small dog. Wish we could come every month for a recharge.

Thank you. It was such an incredibly breathtaking and relaxing stay. We were so impressed with everything... The gardens were a treat to explore! The cute cabin names, the lovely balcony views of a lush canopy and green lawn, right down to the beautifully warm room when we walked in. Also the ambient music playing, the rocking chairs, and the layout of the space made the experience so cosy for us... it was all so inviting! We would love to come back again :)

The actual property location and the Shambala estate is beautiful, however the cottage unfortunately doesn’t match up to the advert. The property itself is tired and needs a refresh, which I could overlook, however the cleanliness was appalling. By far the worse place I’ve started in a long time where it was like no one had dusted or wiped surfaces. Very disappointing stay

Excellent stay. Beautiful grounds and the room had everything we needed.

Staff were very good. Fix up a small problem straight away. Complimentary wine given, much appreciated But for the price of room. It would have been nice to have a welcome basket of goodies or continental breakfast items.. room was lovely but getting a bit dated Bit of a musty smell A great location .. near quite a few wineries, food and restaurants

The villas are in a beautiful location. It is quite idyllic and very peaceful. The decor is pleasant, if a little dated. The kitchenette is quite well equipped, the fridge badly needs defrosting. The bed is very comfy. The shower is ok with plenty of hot water.

Beautiful cottage and we will definitely be back.

We have stayed a couple of times now and have had great experiences both times. Highly recommend if you want hassle free accommodation with beautiful gardens located in an excellent location.

It was a lovely secluded private cottage surrounded by beautiful bushland.

The area is beautiful. Nice and quiet. Great walking trail 700m away.
