英語が未熟な私でも。スタッフの対応がとても良くて安心して泊まることができました

部屋も広く快適でした スタッフさんがとても親切に対応して頂けたのがとても嬉しかったです。 設備は電子レンジやお皿もあり本当に助かりました。 シャワーの温度調節だけがうまく合わずなかなかいい温度のお湯がでなかった以外は本当に快適に過ごさせて頂きました。

manager very helpful Basic room good value

The room is very dated. Needs a total update and spruce up. A large chair should be discarded. all torn and in the way. Then only one kitchen chair to sit at the table. A very dated bed cover. very small, poor quality pillows. The air conditioner was useless, probably needs a good service. It didn't seem to do anything. It was very hot inside. Also, on arrival the room was stuffy and needed air. But the windows open the wrong way - they should push out, but they opened to the inside at an angle, hence obstruct the curtains. There was no ordinary TV channels available whatsoever, and despite trying to help us, it was not solved as they had no knowledge of what to do to get TV. Very nice attendant however, very pleasant.

Room was adequate, I had no instructions to work the heater or the air-conditioning..so used more blankets..and couldn't get normal tv channels on the tv..

They reckoned we didn’t even have a booking so we stayed elsewhere which was very good

My mother said if you have nothing nice to say don’t say anything. But we got the delux room. Door wouldnt look but after a phone call someone came to look at it. No soap in bathroom ,sheets were meant to be Egyptian but all wrinkled up and bed sagged to the middle. Didn’t dare use shower as glass filthy but person who brought back us soap when we asked for some after phone call apologised for state of show said it’s there water. Thought we were getting breakfast with room but was told don’t worry about that as old owner did that but they don’t. Reception said open till 8 pm but we got there at 5 pm and they had all ready left hence phone calls we had to make.

We stayed for one night. The room was clean and tidy. No trouble finding a parking space as there is plenty there.

Great country motel. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Ideal for the single traveller. Friendly pub nearby. Yummy meal with a Christmas atmosphere. Enjoyed a restful sleep and a hot shower. What more do you need.

I booked a room with double bed and single bed for 3 adults, but I got the room with double bed and a mattress on ground when checked in at 7:30 pm. The receptionist showed me the room and told me it’s the only room available for us, then got off. I was so tired after driving the whole day from Adelaide, it’s dark outside, so I had to accept the fact. After I come back to my country and complain to Hotels.com 16 days later. Hotels.com told me that I should complain immediately or they can do nothing, funny client services.

We were pleased that a room upgrade was offered. We were also grateful that we were provided with a delicious cooked breakfast that was "made with love".

Bathroom in desperate need of repairs from water damage (ie. Missing vynal tiling, water sodden timber work, floor moved like rotten floorboards), no exhaust fan. The rest of the room was fine. When I phoned to confirm my arrival time I was given a lecture about booking through hotels.com and how I should have booked direct - she may have had a bad day but my boss wouldn't accept me talking to a customer/client like that.

The shower head was broken, old and needs updating, the lady who was there was brilliant, she cooked breakfast as well, could not complain about the service she provided

Absolutely loved the hospitality from the manager, very nice and caring Lady . Would definitely stay there again in the future.

We booked online as the photo of motel & description sounded ok. On arriving was shown the room which cost $122.32 via booking site. Shower was dirty, spiders on floor near toilet and bed from the 1950’s Returned key to key box and left the property. Wish that I could cancel credit card payment.

No potable or drinking water available in Kaniva. Water has a strong smell of sulphur and unpleasant to shower in.

The hotel manager was very accommodating and friendly. The accommodation on the other hand needs some TLC. Being an older motel there is obvious signs of wear and tear but there were some things that had nothing to do with the age of the motel that could be improved. The bedsheets could do with an upgrade. They were bit stained from being used so often and could be replaced. The tap water isn’t suitable for drinking and although distilled water is provided in bottles, bottled water from the supermarket might be a healthier more suitable option. Lastly, I’m not to sure when our room was cleaned last, but the rubbish bin had not been emptied before we occupied the room. Not a big deal, but it does make you wonder what other shortcuts were made when the room was prepared for the next customer.
