観光のポイントを説明してくれスムーズに周ることが出来た。親切なスタッフに清潔な部屋で快適に過ごせた。また是非利用したいホテル！

店があるエリアからは少し離れるけど車があれば全く問題のないレベルです。 部屋は綺麗で快適、エアコンも完備されてて何も言うことなしでした。 ひとつだけ強いて挙げるとしたら電波の入りが悪く、携帯の電波を受信するために庭を少し歩いたりWi-Fiも部屋にいると繋がらないのが少し不便でしたが外に出たら繋がるので特に不便は感じなかったです。

Lovely place to stay, comfortable cosy beds. Kitchen had all we needed for a three night stay., a few things in the lodge needed attention, broken faucet over bath, bug screens, possibly more than one tea towel for longer stays would be great, and new sponges per stay as no spray n wipe provided.

There were no staff at the desk on arrival or departure. We never saw any staff. On arrival our arrival form containing personal info was left on the reception counter with our villa key. This info was visible to anyone passing the check in counter & we could sight the other bookings & details also.There was no key safe etc like we've experienced at other properties. The kitchen exhaust fan cover & the air conditioning vents were in desparate need of a clean. The tap in the hand basin had to be turned off to extreme because the washer needed replacing. The toilet cistern contually leaked into the bowl which was audible from the bedroom. The room wifi is very weak & dropping out.

The pool was inoperative, Everything in the Lodge was old fashion but fonctionnal. The environment was very calm and we has a chance to see kangoroos just in front of the lodge. Khalid was very helptull for us to get organised.

Property was in need of renovations but had nice table, dishes, and microwave which was nice to have in our Queen bed room and everything else we needed for our stay

Room was clean but very tired. Could have done with a can of Raid for the spiders and flies in our room. Reception was unattended for the whole of our two night stay and I didn't see any members of staff the whole time. Swimming pool was nice and refreshing. Laundry was expensive at $10 for use of a domestic-sized washing machine and antique tumble drier.

Room was basic, near the road and small town of Hall Gaps.. pool practically inexistent due to poor maintenance and overall state of it.. No one at reception. Note saying to call and someone will come, but as the region has poor service and phone connection, it was quite hard. After few attempts, we finally managed to reach someone who took over an hour to show up for check-in. Rooms have minimum acoustic proof so can clearly hear the room next door. For a quick and simple stay, the place is ok for overnights but the facilities (such as pool, bbq, etc) are pretty poor.

Clean room. Could do with updating but serves it purpose. Comfortable bed. Pool area would be great in summer.
