オーナー夫妻の丁寧な対応が素晴らしいモーテルでした。 チェックインの時から地図をベースに近くの説明を丁寧にゆっくりしていただき、牛乳のサービスや部屋までの案内、普通のモーテルは荷物を運ぶ手伝いや部屋の説明などしてくれませんー、そして社交的な猫のお出迎えを始め、すべてが素晴らしい経験でした。 お部屋もきれいで機能的、日差しが差し込む良い部屋でした。 オーナー夫妻にお礼を申し上げます。

No room service at all!

Room was ok , just nothing special about the stay

Stayed for three nights and rubbish was not cleared or towels changed.

narrow staircase to upstairs....difficult with large luggage. Location was fine, room smaller than expected for price. However.. room spotless and well provided with all traveller needs..i.e. toiletries,internet,heating and peaceful sleep.

Enjoyed the closeness to everything, unit was very clean, the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again when we next come to Blenheim

Clean, with all the amenities you could need. Nice staff, and a very comfortable bed. Perfect for me. Upon arrival, there was a note on the reception door to contact the owner manager, with a cell phone number. I would just suggest that they also include another means to communicate, such as WhatsApp, or an email address. As a tourist, I did not have cell phone service in New Zealand, but had data service and was able to communicate with places through WhatsApp and email. Fortunately, the dry cleaners right down the street allowed me to use their local cell phone to call the number.

Property manager was very helpful. Nice clean and well appointed rooms. Street noise a bit much until later in the evening, but not bad (we were in a unit on the street).

Great accommodation in a great location, just a short walk from the town and a short drive to the station or airport. The host was very helpful, with luggage and arranging onward taxis to the airport.

Our room had reasonable space for a short stay & a kitchenette that was nicely provisioned. It was also nicely located for our area-interest (1/2 day wine tasting tour). And it's within short driving distance to a few restaurants.

Very clean and had everything we needed. Drapes could use an update. Wish it was a little closer to town, but still a very easy walk.

This was a quite comfortable room, about on par with a Holiday Inn Express in the USA. It wasn't the fanciest room, but everything worked and was comfortable enough, and there was even a kitchen with the basic tools we needed to make a couple of dinners. Check-in was very easy. The location is nice for exploring Blenheim, being close to downtown and a supermarket, as well as a walking trail along a river. There is a little road noise at night, but it wasn't too much of a problem. We didn't hear our neighbors at all. The internet worked fine for streaming although we didn't do a speed test. Overall, it's a very good choice for a few nights

Upon arrival the room looked perfect but it was only after being in it we spotted a few issues. Sadly it appears to be on the corner of a bit of sketchy looking st, we had residents shouting outside in the evening/night. There were bugs in rhe kitchen in the morning when preparing breakfast and we hadn't had any windows open. But worst of all, the shower flooded the bathroom. This happened because it wasn't draining properly and there is a large gap at the bottom of the showwer door, so it doesn't seal properly. This caused a dangerous slip hazard. I tried to go to reception to get extra towels to clean it up and notify them of the issue, but despite reception hours being from 7:30am-830pm there was no one around so had to use all the towels we were given upon check in to clean it. Disappointed as we'd been impressed with the look of it and positive reviews
