Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff with a great bistro attached. Would stay again

The room was clean, the bathroom was clean. No complimentary shampoo or conditioner but there was body wash. Motel next to major hwy so alot of noise throughout the night.

We paid a $50 deposit to Expedia. On checking in (Seabrook Hotel), the receptionist insisted that we had to pay the full amount, $261. She said that the deposit would not be paid to them by Expedia and we would need to get a refund from Expedia. She said we should have booked direct! Expedia please refund our $50.

Room was dated, shower didn’t drain and often overflowed. Lighting was dismal, two pillows for a double bed was a bit light on and they were possibly the worst pillows I’ve ever put my head on. Carpark is a right mess with massive potholes and puddles. Check in saw me on the phone for an hour trying to sort out why I had paid a deposit online when booking but the hotel still charged me full price. Only interacted with the staff at check in but she seemed nice, until I asked why I was paying full price when I’d already paid a deposit online.

The room was clean and tidy. The staff member was cheerful and friendly. Good price and quiet location.

Rooms were adequate for my requirements. Only 1 night stay. Had all that I needed. Meals were excellent.

I’ve motel very quiet and comfortable will stay here again

This property has clean, well appointed rooms and has a very adequate dining facility with good basic meals. We appreciated their service and the staff were very obliging. Well priced for short term stays

Great for an overnight stay reasonable rates and nice staff!

Booking our room was very easy. Staff were very polite. We choose to stay there as we are very pleased with all aspects of the establishment. Comforting to know that the Cameras are all around outside so parking your car is safe. Not a dislike but only surprised at the amount of huge pot holes driving to our room. All in all I recommend Seabrook to any one whom looking for accomodation. Everything is there and very disabled friendly.

Friendliness and efficiecy of staff. Great dinner but serve decent coffee- machine was off. Found it difficult to sleep because of noise from steel works. Dirty carpark with large waterfilled potholes. Very slippery shower base- almost a nasty accident

Absolutely fantastic accomodation.

Staff were nice changed towels daily.
