5 stars!! My dog and I absolutely loved our stay on Smiths Beach here. It’s perfectly compact and clean with everything you could want, need and then some. Linda not only offers the best advice on things to do on the island but has made sure to add all the finishing touches for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Ray immediately took to the guest dog bed and loved the complimentary dog treats. The couch was huge, the bed was so comfy (with great pillows and electric blankets) but the huge spa bath was the highlight. Wildlife is right on your doorstep and the beach is just short walk away, if you’re a surfer then Smiths beach is for you. Small snack bar round the corner but Wooli Tavern and Cottlesloe cafe are only a 10 minute drive away if you want more choice, which are both great. Driveway is a tad tight but no problem for small cars, and beach car park is literally next door if you want to park quickly or have a bigger car (just check parking restrictions). The best review is my dog did not want to leave, and that’s saying something - there’s only been one other place from 10+ trips! Highly recommend, both Ray and I really wish we could return tomorrow!

A little luxury by the beach

I love going to sleep with sound of the ocean.

Great location very easy access to the beach, extremely quiet, a very relaxing place to stay with some visits from the local wildlife

This apartment is beautiful, spacious for a studio, and in a great location, a minute's walk from Smiths beach. Spotlessly clean and comfortable and pet friendly. The only problem is the outside is not fenced off so you have to take the dogs outside on lead at all times. Hosts offered us early entry and late check out and the welcome hamper is wonderful. Thanks Linda. There is a lovely spa which we did not use. Everything you need is there. It's also very close to the Rusty Water brewery for meals. Highly recommend.

Very close to Phillip Island Grand Prix circuit, so very handy if your are going racing or watching racing. Also very relaxing to come back from racing at the track. Great layout, close to the beach and a couple of goldfish ponds to help relax.

The studio was perfect in every way. Full of light and charm. Tucked into a secret garden but steps away from the beach.

We stayed at Beachwood House. What a lovely, place for a family to stay so close to the beach. The home is kept exceptionally well and all amenities that you need. Also communition with the owners was pleasant and accommodating. Wonderful place to stay, we aim to stay again. Plus we had a small pup who loved the upstairs deck with our kids,watching all go by. Five out of five for Beachwood House for us.

We loved the house well furnished, super clean, warm and cosy with everything you need. A very relaxing place to be after being out all day. Everyone enjoyed being out on the deck, the beach was a 3-4 minute walk away. Phillip island has heaps of things to do and see can't wait to get back again.

Very well appointed holiday home with plenty of space for our family - everything needed for a rainy long weekend on Phillip Island. Would definitely stay again!!

Secluded and great property

Sensational B&B, spotlessly clean. Very comfy bed and quality furniture throughout. The spa was very nice. Extremely quiet and within 5 minutes drive to Cowes. Was welcomed with a bottle of bubbly and some chocolates! Communication was excellent and we were offered a late check-out. Would definately recommend. Thanks Beachwood Studio!
