Le Beach apartments are well located and the proximity to the beach is a real drawcard. The booking process is easy and good communication from the managers of the apartments. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need for a short stay.

Room was clean and tidy, close to shops and restaurants. Great walking track and beach cross the road. Would book again if in the area.🙂

Great to sit on the balcony and see the sea. Place was spacious. Things a bit tired but I guess that is why it is well priced. All in all a great place for a holiday.

Great location and exactly as described. Pool was great and so close to the beach and just a short 5 minute walk to the nearest patrolled beach. 15 minute walk into the centre of Burleigh but also plenty of options closer Wish the accommodation included beach/pool towels for convenience but otherwise couldn’t fault it.

Good location across from beach, spacious clean apartment, comfy beds - car park was a bit challenging even for small car.

Perfect location right across from the beach, a couple of great cafes close by like Commune and short walk to James St. Stayed in a standard apartment which with could do with a freshen up but is adequate for the price. Nice pool, spa and family holiday vibes!

The TV went off a lot, the staff were not available on weekends only for emergencies. And there were people who came in from outside it appeared, to use the pool and hot tub but there was no one to talk to about it. Other than that apartment nice and clean.

Excellent view of pool to watch kids. Loved seeing and hearing the ocean. So close to the beach. Just relaxed and old-school fun - great to do with friends/families in other apartments, too. Comfortable and easy.

Property a little dated but location is great.

Great location and clean. Spacious apartments, but rather worn. Everything functional though. Major let-down is service levels. Reception closes at 12 on Saturdays when check in opens at 2pm. They are supposed to provide a welcome amenity kit, but aince reception is closed, they don't. This ia something they could easily fix, but just don't. There are loads of rules on what you can and can't do

Older block. Pool area and spa are great and good condition. Units all look generally in good condition. Had one with great view out to beach. Would be nice if the owner (29) put in some new beds and oven ( would give it 5 star on that basis). Handy to beach and good spot half way between Burleigh and north Burleigh. Would recommend.

Fantastic location- easy walk to beach and restaurants.

Old dated stained furniture needs replacing. Felt the place was superficially clean and needs a deep clean . Had to remove spider cobwebs dust and muck before closing the blinds . Behind bedroom curtain that was drown I wouldn’t like to say when that was cleaned. Coughing due to air con. Pool and barbecue are looked nice. We booked and paid 2 nights and left the next morning after the first night
