The reception staff, Jerrie, was welcoming and friendly. He gave clear instructions as to how to get to our room. The room was very clean, had double-glazed windows (which meant there was no outside noise disturbing us) and excellent block-out curtains, helping to provide a good night's sleep. The room had all the facilities one would need for an overnight stay, as well as a full size dining table at which to eat our meals. We had a very comfortable stay and would recommend this establishment to anyone needing accommodation in the area.

The property was great for what we required but have made 2 phone calls to ask for my hold on my debit card to be released $200 that I need They advised it was released on Monday & blaming my bank Today is Friday & still not released So beware if you are broke & need your money NOT HAPPY

Great location basic and great for the price

Convenient, clean. Would stay again

There is a good amount of parking spots. The rooms are not easy to find. I was given vague directions "its at the other side of this building". The buildings are marked with letters on the outside but beyond that your guessing until you get inside. Not complaining, but signage or directions could be better. The room itself was mostly clean and had basic amenities - expected for the price. The bathroom was very small. The walls were thin and not at all soundproof. I slept quite comfortably. Though was woken often by noise. The nearby trains, however, were not an issue. Overall a good, budget overnight stay.

Spacious apartment

Good place to stay between Blue mountains, Sydney, and Southern Hinterlands. Unit B207/208 Shower leaking. Water leaking all over main part of bathroom due to leaking shower based. Air con very loud and noisy. Had it down at 18 but never cooled down. Main bedroom has no fan and was always hot. TV had no remote.

Staff are nice. Room is clean.

Friendly staff upon check in. Stayed for 2 nights. Our room was clean and roomy enough for 3 people. Staff where very helpful with public transport as I am not from Sydney.

Value suites was excellent value for money, convenient to shops and services and on site parking.

Great place to stay for a short stay! Easy to get to and lots of options very close and in walking distance! Donahues pub across the road was awesome! Only knock my daughter and I had a room that was capable of joining, which was only a door between so we heard everything next door! People up early !

Nice and clean in a quiet location

It is a little out of the way, but location is perfect for my purposes given I was attending a regatta at SIRC.
