Good access to town and harber.

Check-in was smooth and efficient, allowing us to view the room prior to accepting the stay. Staff was available and helpful, when requested. Room was clean, organized and comfortable. Bonus breakfast in the morning with coffee available, was enjoyable. Close enough to activities in the city, but far enough away that noise wasn’t an issue. Also super convenient to be next to the grocery store! Would stay again.

Wonderful staff, family friendly (we had a toddler in tow)…clean room..good water pressure in the shower (honestly that’s a big deal!!!)…grocery store across the street for snacks. The room has a fridge and freezer which was lovely and convenient! We really enjoyed our stay!

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was pleasant, clean and quiet. Good location.

Front desk staff was not friendly, seems we were bothering them when we checked in. The rooms have no aircon so, we had to leave the windows open. On the side facing the main road, there is 24hr hand car wash. With the window open, you can hear people power washing their cars late into the night. Hard to get a good night sleep that way. Would not recommend this hotel

Very disappointing stay. We paid approximately $227 including taxes for one night and expected at least a comfortable room and decent breakfast. The room had no air conditioning, and when I requested a fan, I was told none were available. I was advised to open the window instead, but the inn is located on a busy main street. The noise from traffic and intoxicated people outside made it impossible to sleep. Closing the window made the room uncomfortably warm. The advertised continental breakfast was also disappointing. When we arrived, there was only bread available, which did not meet our expectations of a continental breakfast. Overall, poor value for the price paid. My husband and I barely slept, and we left very dissatisfied. We will not be returning and would not recommend this inn

Staff were all good & helpful. Facility is a bit tired. Checking in at 1 am was a bit of a challenge with the main doors locked but understand why now.

The property is very poorly maintained. The finishes are old. The property is very tired and needs renovation everywhere. The washrooms are very poorly equipped. Continental breakfast was poor.

For the price it was a good hotel. Clean, decent breakfast and helpful staff. Bed was very comfortable

Very clean and very friendly. Not the greatest neighborhood. The first day there was eggs and sausages and waffles but second day only waffles.

Love the underground parking. Feels safe.
