シャワーのお湯が十分に出ないのがしんどかったです。部屋の暖房（？）が入りっぱなしで扇風機を常時回していないと暑く温度調節が難しかったです。

The hotel was lovely, breakfast was really good,all the staff where very pleasant and helpful,especially the staff in the restaurant they where very welcoming and helpful. Had a great 3 day stay and will definitely be back.Well done all the staff. Mrs J Connell.

Lovely hotel, rooms a little dated e.g. windows were hard to close because of broken locks. Great breakfast and nice bar area for last drink before bedtime.....

Good location, city centre walkable

Easy parking and location Rooms very hot no fridge looks like they have been removed . Restaurant menu limited

Clean room with enough free space, bathroom was quite small , shower was dated and needs replacing. I stayed during a hot weather spell and the fan in the room wasn’t the best and was too noisy. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

A nice larger hotel in a warehouse along the canal. Helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms with a good breakfast. Not far from the train station. Good central location to explore Chester.

Fab stay as always

The hotel is located in a superb position, on the side of a canal and a short walk into the historic town centre. All the staff were lovely. Breakfast was buffet style with a wide choice and well organised. The bar was well stocked and with a decent menu at reasonable prices. We also had an evening meal in the restaurant which was very good. Staff were attentive and it was fun watching the ducks gallivanting around on the canal. Our only complaint was the lack of ventilation. Our visit took place during a long heatwave and our room was very hot unfortunately. We were supplied with an electric fan which was the most inefficient one ever produced in the history of mankind. Consequently sleeping was difficult. Air conditioning would have been ideal… or a proper fan!

Hotel was in such a great location for the centre of Chester. We always try and book somewhere with a gym and the hotel’s was perfect for our needs. All the staff we met were very helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Only negative thing to mention… our room was on the road side of the building and with the window open it was very noisy next time we will request a room on the canal side of the building.
