3星ホテルの最上級であると思います。天井が高い昔のウイーン風の部屋で、清潔で快適です。

The breakfast was so fine.We can have a cup of coffee or tea anytime.The staff were fiiendly.

古い高級アパートメントをホテルに改装したものらしく、入口は分かりにくく、タバコの吸い殻などが散らかっていて、エレベーターのあるフロアまで階段を登らなければなりません。 部屋は広くて清潔ですが、冷蔵庫もエアコンもありませんので、猛暑の夏は辛かったです。 中国系の女性スタッフの対応はぶっきらぼうで、鍵を渡されておしまいです。 朝食はコールド･ブレックファスト。 美術館巡りの拠点としてロケーションは最高ですが、ウィーン滞在の雰囲気を味わいたい方にはお薦めしません。

アジアの方のお役に立つかも知れないと思い、このホテルについて長々と書いてみました。 ここを選んだのは、テラスからの眺望に期待してのこと。メールで是非ともテラス付きのダブルをと伝えておいたんですが、返信が無いので正直怪しい気がしてました。 地下鉄フォルクステアトル駅ブルグガッセ方面出口を出て3分以内、隣が高級ホテル・サンスーシで、立地が良く場所も分かりやすい。 14時過ぎに到着し、玄関前の呼び鈴を押しても反応な〜し。運良く建物から出てくる人がいて、取り敢えず入る事が出来ましたが、今度は何処がレセプションかよく分からず、2階が受付と何かで見た覚えがあったので、エレベーターで上がりドア横の呼び鈴を押すと、ホテルの方が出て来てホッとしました。そもそも坂道に建っているので、何処を2階と呼ぶのか難しい… 鍵のシステムや受付が<Stock○○>、と詳細情報に書いてくれれば、このホテルを選ぶ人はもっと増えるのでは？ 鍵が皆共通で無用心との書き込みがありますが、そんなことはなく、一つの鍵が各階ごとマルチ機能を持っていて、こういうホテルではよく使われています。他の部屋を開けられるわけがありません。 さて、最初に案内された部屋は、十分広いのですがテラスが無く眺望もイマイチ。 そこでさっそく、テラス付きの空いている部屋ないかと交渉に… レセプションには普段誰もいませんが、チン！と鳴らすと奥からスタッフが出て来ます。 ホテルのオーナーらしい男性は、やや大雑把だが全く気取らず気さくな人で、予定表を見ながら最終的にはテラス付きの部屋に交換してくれました。 4階のその部屋は同じダブルルームでも、テラスからムゼアムス・クアルティア周辺の建物が望める、おそらくベストビュウの一つだと思います。空きがあったのも幸運で、快く変更して頂きとても感謝しています。 趣きのあるこの建物は比較的古い様なので、板張りの床(寄木細工？)はかなりきしみます。上の階の足音や何故か何処かを走る音、廊下からの人の出入りの音なんかもある程度は聞こえますが、バスルームの遮音も含め特に問題ありません。 広さ・ベッド・水周り・テーブル・セイフ・二重窓・ヒーター・清潔感・無料Wi-Fi、文句ありません。 エアコン・冷蔵庫・ポット等はなく、調度品も高級感を期待してはいけません。また、全室シャワーのみの様です。 話題になっていた浅い洗面台も、水加減次第で普通に使えます。また、シャワーも何も考えず勢いよく使えば、バスルームが水浸しになりかねませんが、そこは日本人ですからどうとでもなると思います。 こういうのは本当にデザイン重視なのか、実は水を節約させたいのか？微妙で笑えます。欧州には他にも顔洗う度に水浸しになるホテルがありました。楽しみましょう。 しかし、残念なことが一つ。一番期待していたテラスですが、まったく掃除されておらず汚れ放題、数日前の雨も溜まった状態で其処へ立つ気がしませんでした。 眺望は完璧ではないものの、ウィーンらしい丸屋根や尖塔の立派な建物が、手に取るように望めるせっかくの場所ですから、是非とも手入れして頂きたいと思います。 朝食はレセプションのある階に用意され、ビュッフェになっています。種類はさほど多くありませんが質も問題無く、朝食重視ではない私には必要なメニューが揃っていました。 建物の出入りは、二つの鍵を使って何時でも自由にできます。各階の入り口にも施錠されたドアがあり、結局外から帰ってくると、3回鍵を開ける事になりますね。誰かに開けて貰うわけではありません。 地下鉄駅からの荷物転がしは問題ない

地下鉄まで徒歩1～2分という立地は素晴らしいです。 しかし建物が古く、部屋も暗めでレトロと言えば聞こえはいいですが、古めかしい雰囲気… 掃除はきちんとしてありますが、玄関口でいちいち受付の人に開けてもらわなければならないなど、多少不便です。

Die Unterkunft war sauber und angenehm,das Frühstück viel und reichhaltig. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Die kosten gerechtfertigt. Danke !

The hotel and bedroom clean. All the staff helpfull and polite. Good breakfast every morning . Hotel next to underground station. Nice touch for new years eve left a bottle of champagne in the bedroom. Would stay again.

Odalar temizdi, banyosu geniş ve banyoda kullanabilecegoniz sabun, sampuan, krem.vb malzemeler kaliteliydi. Odalarda ekstra olarak bornoz vardi, terlik vardı. Kahvaltı Avrupa otellerine göre cesit fazlaydı.

Lovely little hotel. Clean large rooms and bathrooms. We were pleasantly surprised to have a mini fridge in our room! Find it rare to get one in Europe. The two ladies at the lobby were lovely. A breakfast is available every morning. Simple but good. The best was you could walk or take public transit to a majority of Christmas markets within 15! The bus and subway were right next to hotel and main tram station was a five minute walk. Only thing is the hotel sign is rather small and can easily be missed! Not your traditional hotel entrance...you need to go up a fight of stairs to take the elevator (or you can continue up the stair if you so choose....we did not!) up to the lobby where you'll ring the bell. Not really handicapped accessible (unless we missed a back entrance) Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again

Doors were difficult to lock and unlock (real key not typical hotel key cards), one man who works there was extremely rude, but other staff members were pleasant. Room was not really cleaned each day, just bed made. Free breakfast was fine. Not an ideal hotel for suitcase luggage. You need to haul it up a flight of stairs before reaching a very small elevator and the door ways are extremely narrow as well. Location was ideal for many attractions.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location could not have been better, it was walking distance to everything I wanted, and felt quite safe and clean during my stay! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious and clean. I would stay here again!

Very quaint little hotel right across from the Volksteater, and steps away from the two major museums (Natural History and Art). Hard to find at first - go to the floor marked 1, not what we Americans think of as the first floor) but very nice once you figure it out.
