Lake view from my balcony was amazingly beautiful, no problem with hotel parking, wifi working good, room service and cleaning was also okay.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo y cómodo, la atención al cliente es excelente, el desayuno es muy rico, y tiene una buena ubicación ya que está frente al lago y balneario, también tiene la estación de bus a unos pasos, lo recomiendo ampliamente☺️

La ropa de cama estaba amarilla, no sucia pero ya no debería usarse, da mala impresión. El edredón pesa mucho y no es agradable el descanso. Habitación fría y se notaba humedad. Muy útil el apartamento en el alojamiento y la posibilidad de desayunar frente al lago si hace bueno. Solo hay una persona que se encarga de todo y tuvimos que esperar para poder hacer el check out.

The hotel is understaffed and old, as a result u can see cobweb and dust at many places. The owner is the only person in the hotel, no staff, hence service is slow during breakfast. breakfast is basic, surprisingly

Wij hadden een prachtig uitzicht vanuit onze kamer. De bedden lagen echt goed! Ook de kopkussen waren best ok, en wij zijn zeer streng hierin :) De muren waren redelijk dun, dus je hoort alles wat er rondom jou gebeurd. Het ontbijt was met goed weer buiten te doen en dat was echt wow! kamer was verzorgt en proper! De badkamer was netjes, met voldoende handdoeken en een goede douche.

Der var indtjekning mellem kl. 15-18. vi ventede frem til kl. 16 for at tjekke ind, og der havde vi vel og mærke ringet til det nummer der stod på døren. Ukrudtet står op i knæhøjde udenfor og der er spindelvæv og skidt på gulvene indenfor. Vi fik redt seng første dag, anden dag kunne vi se på døren, at der havde været nogen, mens vi var væk, men der var ikke redt senge mm. Vi tog fat i ejeren, der fortalte at de kun tømmer skraldespand dagligt på værelserne. Rene håndklæder, rede seng, gøre toilet ren mm. gøres kun 1 gang i ugen. WiFi virker ikke. Der er kun morgenmad og ikke mulighed for en flaske vand eller andet på stedet. Vi forlod stedet en dag før tid, hvilket virkede til at være til en lettelse for ejer (og os). Vi kommer aldrig igen og kan på ingen måde anbefale dette sted.

Beautiful location in front of lake view.. easy access to Interlaken and Grindelwald surroundings. Would recommend for perfect stay around Interlaken.

Fantastic view!!! Continental breakfast outside overlooking the lake was a great way to start the day! The owner was very sweet and friendly. Accommodations were a little disappointing. The website said restaurant on site, however they only provide breakfast. We had to take a bus into town for other meals. The room was a bit stuffy, helped to open the balcony door but then suffocated from neighbors smoking. No mini fridge or coffee maker so if you miss breakfast, you have to go into town for coffee or food. (Unless you keep non perishable snacks) Once we adjusted to taking the bus (owner provided a bus pass!) we were comfortable exploring other areas for food, etc.

Rooms are nice, area is convenient, I had a change of plans for check in. Staff was very accommodating to coordinate with me.

Good location and accessible to the lake. Amenities very limited, has potential to improve. Could be better if there is a vending machine on site and coffee and hot water facilities in the room. Need to update pillows and towels as some looks worn and flat. Good breakfast but could do better by providing variety.

Et køleskab og en hørtørrer kunne være fedt at have til prisen, men ellers et godt ophold :)

Der Inhaber kümmert sich höchstpersönlich. Er ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns super aufgenommen gefühlt. Total gemütlich und direkt am See gelegen. Frühstück inklusive, reicht für den Start in den Tag. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
