部屋は屋根裏みたいな感覚で意外に良かった。また泊まってみたい。

スタッフの対応や部屋の綺麗さなどは満足でしたが、廊下の音が丸聞こえで、朝5時から人がバタバタとして全く寝れなかったです。 扉が開いているかと思うほど、音が部屋の中まで響いていたので、もう一度は泊まらないと思います。

清潔で静かなホテル。スタッフも親切です。朝食もついています。

夜10：30にクラフク空港に着いて、ホテルに着いたのは11：30でした。前もってメールにて連絡しておいてので、従業員の対応もすごく良かったです。また、英語やポーラン語がまったくできない私にも、優しく接してくれました。心から感謝します。ホテルの照明がやや弱いのが気になりました。

This hotel is close to railway station. It was 6 minute walk. The staff was friendly.

駅にも旧市街にも徒歩10分程度で、コンビニも近く便利なロケーション。目の前にトラムが通るので少々騒がしい。 部屋は古いアパートを改装したような作り。家族4名で程良い広さ。設備は全般的に古い。冷蔵庫とセキュリティボックスがなかったのは残念。 朝食の品数はそれほど多くはないがどれも美味しかった。朝食は7:30からで、もう少し早い方が良い。帰国が早朝便なのでBreakfast boxを事前にお願いしたら用意してくれた。親切な従業員で気持ちが良い対応だった。

アパートメントを改装したような印象。部屋は広い。 歩くとやや床がきしむのが惜しい。

ツインルーム。ホテルの人も感じよく、ベッドの寝心地は良好、居心地の良いホテルだった。湯沸かしポットとインスタントコーヒーやティーパックが置いてあってありがたかった。エアコンはないが、8月で涼しかったので困らなかった。冷蔵庫なし。朝食はコンチネンタルブレックファスト。駅まで徒歩10分、旧市街の入り口までも徒歩10分というところ、近くに市場もあり、コンビニエンスストアなどもあったので便利。まわりの建物1階には、ブライダル系のお店が多かった様子。夜はあまり人通りがなく静か。

Loved thus hitel. 10 minutes to the main square. The staff were all extremely accommodating and i had a botyle of prosecc in my room as i was 50 the week before. The woom was extremely clean and the shower was fantastic and powerful. Excellent continental breakfast choices. The only slight negative unfortunately was the matress kept on sliding off the bed during the night. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again

Great hotel in a great location. Only “ issue” was no a/c in rooms but we did have a floor fan. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to explore the old town of krakow

great experience - travelled solo and felt very safe - this is not traditional hotel so if arriving after 8 pm make sure to respond to their email regarding check in time so they know to send you instructions to access the room as the reception area closes at 8 pm good location to walk to old town, on good bus route and walking distance to the train station. Room was spotlessly clean, was small but had everything I needed They served really nice breakfast with good coffee and they even provided me with packed breakfast/lunch bag when I was leaving early for a tour and that was really nice

Lovely setup, 10 minutes walk from main square, much to see, trams nearby. Great choice of food at breakfast- Will be back.

great location for a Krakow visit just off the old town. very clean thoughout. breakfast was very good and as soon as some elements were empty they were filled up quickly. the ladies on reception were superb from the time I checked in to when i picked my bag up from storage. i whole heartedly will stay here again when i return to Krakow

Lovely hotel. Staff really helpful and friendly. Exceptional clean! Excellent choices for breakfast options. Only 10 minutes from the Old Town & train/bus station. Really enjoyed my stay & would recommend this property to other travellers to Krakow.
