Nice hotel for the price and location. Only complaint would be that the air conditioner did not work the greatest and there is no elevator. It was fine for us but I think the website should specify in case others are physically able to do stair. Otherwise room was nice and clean. Very nice staff 😊

Service was terrible and the rooms were NOT clean. There were stains on the shower door and the bedding was moist. The hotel was run down. We asked for bedding to be changed and we were dismissed. B breakfast was not good at all. Room temperature coffee - items not filled. The gym was lousy as well. Poor service. Do NOT recommend.

Worst Best western ever I had, I stayed in many best western and they are kind of my favorite hotel but after booking this best western it completely change my mind and now I will try not to stay in any best western or now it goes in my bottom list of my hotels. I will not not recommend this hotel to anyone even they want me stay for free… very bad location surrounded by truck or look like junkyard, dirty, noisy cheap stuff like pillows, old towels… nothing good about this hotel… stay away from this hotel

The bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner

The carpets all throughout the hotel were filthy. Upon entering our room we were immediately hit with a disturbing smell of must or feet. The shower walls and floor were filthy. We had two rooms, one shower didn’t even work properly. Water barely came out of the shower head. The light switches and outlets filthy. We barely wanted to touch them. Vending machines, all out of order. The pool wasn’t open. In the middle of summer. It was still completely covered. To top ALL this off, there was a small roach in one of the rooms. Schereville is a nice city, I’m not understanding how this hotel, more like a motel, is even still open here. I should have taken pictures, we were just so ready for our stay to be over and get out of there.

Jet tub-FANTASTIC!

Mostly Clean rooms - One room was missing a "reading" style chair and the other room had a chair which was well used and dirty. One room had a radio clock and the other didn't. Hall way carpeting was well wore, had a large hole (wear damage (?)) since the last time we stayed there 6 months ago.

Amazing hotel

AC wasnt working. The pool was under construction. The place looked nothing like the pucs

Breakfast was good but the room smelled damp and moldy and we had lots of ants. I asked for a discount and was told the manager would take care of it but she didn't. The pull out couch didn't have any bedding so we had to go ask for it.

We had to come up for a funeral and it was a very nice room and nice property. Everyone was very nice and had a great breakfast every morning.

The beds are on metal frames. Sp everytime you roll or move the metal will make a loud noise

Very mediocre at best. Beds not very comfortable and they had a metal base that banged when you moved in the bed. Not very clean room. Bathroom only sort of clean, an inch of dust on the light fixtures in the room, and the ironing board was disgusting. Very disappointing for the amount of money I paid. On a positive note, the hot breakfast was decent but they had the same food to eat both mornings. A variety would have been nice but the food was decent.
