スイートルームに３人で泊めていただきました。３人でヨーロッパで泊まれる部屋は、あまりないので、すごくありがたかった。また施設は綺麗で便利で最高でした！また泊まりたいホテルです。

地下鉄2駅に近く、夜12時のオペラ帰りでも安全。朝食にミニトマトだけでなく、もっと野菜がほしい。部屋は棚が多く使いやすい。シャワーぶ--スはひろい。

費用対効果からすると満足です。 立地もいいてすので、次回は、calle側の部屋に泊まろうかと思います。

マドリッドの4つ星ホテル。 メトロの2駅から徒歩2〜3分と交通も便利。 プエルタ・デル・ソル、マヨール広場、エル・コルテ・イングレスには徒歩7〜8分、王宮やプラド美術館も十分に徒歩圏だった。 レセプションのスタッフも感じが良く、頼まなくてもあちらからマドリッドの地図をくれてホテルの場所をマーキングしてくれた。

家族旅行3泊。 11月9日〜12日までの滞在です。 マドリードの中心部で本当に立地が良かったです。 カフェも近くに何軒かあり、朝食には全く困りませんでした。 ホテル内は清潔でしたが、スリッパ・歯ブラシ・パジャマはありませんので持参必須です。

The location is convenient and it was clean but there were several issues. The biggest issue is that the shower did not get hot at all, it was under a hundred degrees and low pressure. The room was also smaller than expected since the bathroom was kind of weirdly big (strange layout). The hotels.com listing said my room would have a jetted bathtub but it didn't have any bathtub. The TV was like ten years old and the speakers were really bad quality. Hotel breakfast was just OK and it was kind of a bummer that it wasn't free. If you're just crashing for a night, this will be fine but I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here.

Our stay in Madrid was absolutely wonderful, and Hotel Preciados played a huge part in that experience. From the moment we arrived, the service and attention to detail were exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. The room was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly maintained, making it easy to relax after long days of exploring the city. The location could not have been better, right in the heart of Madrid and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. At check-in, the staff recommended the hotel’s restaurant, Café Varela, and we’re so glad they did. My husband and I dined there during the last two days of our stay, and it was the best food and service we experienced during our trip. Every dish was delicious, and the service was just as outstanding as the hotel itself. I truly don’t have enough words to describe how incredible the service was. I loved everything about our stay and would give this hotel more than five stars. I’ve already referred a family who will be traveling to Madrid in August because I know they will have an amazing experience as well. We will definitely return!
