I am satisfied, comfortable, etc. when staying the excellet hotel in the old city.

The hotel is in the old city and close to all the main destinations like the cathedral, museum of the Galician people, parks, etc. The staff was super helpful, communicated very clearly in English (and were kind about my broken Spanish). They also helped arrange a taxi to the airport when we were leaving. The room was cozy, clean, and well airconditioned. Would highly recommend.

Room is clean. Nice hotel. Well located, just a few steps from the famous market. Front office staff were friendly, kind and very helpful. Both day and night staff, in particular Anibal, went out of their way to help me resolve my problem when I had to cancel my second and third nights because of health issues. Thank you so much for your kindness and help. It means so much when you are feeling ill in a foreign land.

Everything was amazing except noise proofing walls. You could hear quite a lot from other rooms.

Patricia was wonderful at the front desk! This was a fabulous stay at a great hotel. Most definitely recommend you stay here.

Det var rätt lyhört och parkering var i ett vanligt parkeringshus i närheten för 18€ dygnet. Men hotellet ligger centralt och personalen var trevlig och serviceinriktad.

Really liked this place. Only downside was the safes in the room didn't work. But apart from that, stayed twice. Lovely location. Great staff.

Basic accommodations. Not enough towels, soap, etc. Convenient to Cathedral. Difficult to navigate if you have a car.
