I booked for a deluxe room but they give me 2 single bedrooms and they don't have any room left. The staff was not helpful, Poor WiFi, Poor Service, Bad experience! My first and last with this hotel.

It was very easy access to the hotel from the BTS system, the room was clean, comfortable and the staff friendly.

ห้องพักสะดวกสมราคาค่ะ ครั้งหน้าก็จะกลับมาใช้บริการอีกค่ะ พนักงานผู้หญิงแต่งหน้าจัดๆดูจะเหวี่ยงๆนิดหน่อยไม่ค่อยยิ้ม ควรปรับปรุงนะคะ แต่โดยรวมคือชอบมาก สะดวกสบายใกล้แหล่งของกิน ติดสถานีรถไฟฟ้า ใกล้ห้างสรรพสินค้าอีกต่างหาก

The hotel is very close to Phrom Phong BTS, Family Mart, 7-11 and a mall. If I travel to Bangkok again, I'd definitely stay in this hotel.
