すぐ近くにスーパーがあり大変便利でした。

自炊ができる設備が整い便利。スタッフの方々がとても親切。清潔感のある建物。ホテルのすぐ隣にスーパーがありとても便利。

ファミリールームで予約したが、エアコン故障とのことで、２つの２人部屋に。 部屋の掃除、タオル、石鹸・シャンプー、トイレットペーパー交換は週１回。それ以上は別途費用と書いてある（依頼しなかった）。食器のほか、食器洗いスポンジ、洗剤もついているが、その交換も週１回。朝食は別料金（10.5ユーロ）。 隣に大型スーパーあり。ただし、平日20：30まで。 よって、シャンプー、洗剤類と食料をスーパーで調達すれば、リーズナブルに宿泊できる。洗濯機も使える（５ユーロ）、洗剤1.5ユーロ。 フロントのサービスはよし。 ナンテール大学に用事がなければ、それ以外にメリットはなさそうなロケーション。

利便性は良くすぐ近くにカジノと言うスーパーマーケットがあり 買い物をするには便利だった。しかしシャワーの水圧がイマイチで 水はけが悪く部屋が臭かったのがかなり気になった。 しかも小さいゴキブリが出たので衛生的な面では信用できない。

一週間滞在しました。最寄り駅から徒歩5分くらい。近くにスーパーはないのでパリ市内から帰るRER A線のla defance駅のモノプリで食材等を買いました。キッチンの設備が充実していて、毎日自炊していました。食洗機、大、小お鍋、フライパン、食器、二口電気口、レンジがあります。シャワールームも部屋も清潔で快適に滞在できました。 フロントのスタッフは皆良い人でした。ロスバケの荷物を快く受け取ってくれたり、バスチケットの印刷もしてくれたり、信頼できる人達です。 またパリに行ったら滞在したいです。

Chambre propre et spacieuse. Très calme. Petit déjeuner au buffet impeccable. Nous avons vraiment passé un bon séjour et pas très loin de la défense Arena où nous avons été voir un concert. Donc super !

Excellent hotel. Room was really good with cooking facilities. Great aircon especially as it was so hot during my stay. Ideal location if attending the arena de la defense. A couple of stops away on the metro or can easily be walked in about 20 minutes. Very reasonable price too.

Petit appartement tout confort, avec frigo, plaque électrique, bouilloire etc. Super propre, facile d'accès et a 15min a pied de la Défense Arena (raison de notre séjour) Je recommande.

La majorité de leurs chambres sont plus petites que les appartements, c'est un appartement que j'ai loué. Le divan-lit deviens un excellent canapé confortable s'il ne sert pas de lit ... Le réfrigérateur offre une partie importante comme congélateur. La propreté est impeccable. Même si pour six nuits je ne devais pas avoir de service, ils sont quand même venus refaire le lit et changer les serviettes 👍. Enfin le rapport qualité prix est difficile à battre: le RER était à six minutes donc Paris est à nos pieds.

My stay at this hotel was made comfortable and pleasant by one of the 5 receptionists I met, Amimel Haque. He was always helpful. The cleaning staff was excellent and the maintenance staff responded quickly when I thought the stovetop was not working. Great smelling soap in the bathroom. When I got to the hotel, I was given “the best room” that smelled like wet oil paint. I immediately explained that I had sinus and lung issues, using inhalers and needed a different room, but I was told the hotel was “fully booked”. I stayed in that room for 1 week, and got to change the room at the end of the week. Issues at the hotel during my stay included, mold above the shower; septic odors coming from the shower drain at times; no hot water for 2 days; the fire alarm going off for 5 minutes one day; the 2nd floor button on one of the 2 elevators was out of service; my room key stopped working before my checkout date and the male receptionist asked me if I had another reservation, or if I was leaving the next day, during my prepaid stay; one male receptionist was always unpleasant; the hallway carpet was filthy, but they seem to be refurbishing; the bed leaned to one side and the headboard was battered. I would return to this hotel because it was close to the train station and the neighborhood had all the necessary conveniences.

地點近火車站，去巴黎巿中心算方便，只是晚上火車班次少一點。酒店附近有超市，bakery ，很方便。酒店房間有kettle ，廚具，小型雪櫃及洗碗機，只是電煑食爐不能運作。淋浴間去水會流出地磚，不過一晚後會吹乾。大堂有水瓶，可以按still 或sparking 水上房間，非常細心。

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Residhome Nanterre. There were three of us in the studio, which was clean, well-equipped, and functional. Despite being close to the RER line, the apartment is relatively well-soundproofed, which is great for getting a good night’s sleep. Another major plus is the location, just a 2-minute walk from the train station, which is very convenient for getting around. The only minor downside was the unpleasant odors coming up from the shower drain. Aside from that, the stay went well, and the property remains a good option for a short stay.

Chambres confortables et petit déjeuner 100% Bio. Accès facile, réception à toute heure. Je recommande ++++
