清潔で整った部屋・非常に美味しくボリュームたっぷりな食事 ・温かみのあるサービス、どれも本当に素晴らしかったです。 唯一欠点を挙げるとするならば、風呂場のシャワーのハンドルが固く、お湯の温度を下げることに非常に苦労したことです。とはいえ全体で見れば非常に些細な問題でした。

各室wifiが使えると良かったかなとおもいます。 レンタルwifiの電波が弱くて、部屋でネットが使えないのは、すこし残念でしたが、他はすごく快適でした。あと暑がりの私はエアコンがあると助かるなあと思いました。

Great stay with my partner & dog. Very helpful staff. Wish i had got the names of the two staff members who helped me most but forgot. Would high recommend this stay to anyone. Breakfast was brilliant. The room was small but really nice. The outdoor seating area was great to enjoy a drink in the afternoon. 5/5

Very well located hotel at top of Burford High Street. Really nice staff & rooms.

I didn’t think it was worth the £230 for one night for one person. The room was small and cluttered with fake plants. The hotel is on a roundabout and there is traffic noise all through the night. The hairdryer overheated as it was clogged with dust and the bar closed at 10.30pm even for residents.

Very friendly staff and good customer service. Rooms are a bit dated and dusty in places. Overall, pleasant stay.

Breakfast is ordered and brought to your table. Day 1 no problems but day 2 was a bit of a disaster, wrong order taken, one meal missing items. Check in was a bit chaotic, staff didn’t know how to use the system, when we got checked in, no information on breakfast etc was given. The room is incredibly hot but the fan was filthy. The layout was poor, you had to climb over the bed to get to the other side. But the ceiling shed was massive and low. Which made things awkward. There’s a lot of unnecessary decoration that takes up the limited space for your items. There was no shelf in the bathroom for your toiletries. The room needs redesigning, and there were cobwebs in the bathroom.

The room is small and there is little space to put stuff. The staff are lovely generally.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night, fantastic stay. Manager was very accomodating and couldn't do enough for you. Food and drink were amazing, couldn't fault a thing. Would highly recommend, 5 stars!!

A estadia não podia ter sido mais incrível, adorámos tudo e todos e não podia ter escolhido melhor sítio para ficar. Foi uma viagem em família, com um bebé de 9 meses que correu mesmo muito bem, muito graças ao staff que foi incansável e fabuloso. Sempre pronto a ajudar em tudo o que foi preciso, desde guardar comida do bebé no frigorífico, preparar comida para bebé sem sal, aquecer a comida do bebé, etc. pequeno almoço maravilhoso, quarto fantástico, enorme e com espaço para o bebé gatinhar à vontade. Lixo para fraldas de bebé, berço.. não podia pedir mais! Melhor hotel nas cotswolds para ir com crianças!! Ah e o pub/restaurante era também espetacular! Recomendo o hotel muito muito muito muito! Espero um dia voltar, obrigada!

I stay in hotels all the time for work, so like to think I know my stuff. This hotel is brilliant, great price point and great value fro money. The staff excellent, couldn’t be more helpful and pleasant. Evening meal was very good and breakfast was 10/10. Room decor was nice, great size room 10/10 location great. Don’t hesitate to book this super duper hotel.
