駅のすぐ前なので、ルーアン到着後直ぐにチェックインでき、回りには、レストラン等もあり、観光や散策にも便利。ただ、少し部屋が狭く、冷蔵庫か部屋になかった。

暖房の効きが良くない。

ルーアンには夜遅く着くのを見越して、ここを予約。探すまでもなく、駅の目の前。中心部へも余裕で歩ける。 部屋、特に水回りも清潔でした。

Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Ils ont répondus à mes besoins et plus encore. Chambre propre et confortable.

Great little hotel right across the street from the train station. The front desk was SO NICE and helpful. The room is comfortable. Yes, it's noisy because it is by the train station where the unhoused congregate.

Staff was exceptional.

Frühstücksbuffet war ok aber nicht mehr. Bei 4 Uebernachtungen mussten wir jeden Tag 1 oder 2 Sachen verlangen was fehlte. Seien es Teller, Müeslischalen, Löffel oder warme Milch etc. Einmal war bei unserer Rückkehr um 18.00 h das Zimmerfenster offen und das bei ca 14 Grad.....

Très bel établissement. Bon service et personnel attentionné.

The hotel was lovely and staff was friendly. The room was very comfortable. Would recommend staying here. Do not recommend Cafe Victor. The waiter in the three piece suite is pompous and arrogant. He made us feel uncomfortable and caught him smirking at us as we struggled to read French. We didn’t return for breakfast.

Connie, at front desk was a delight - helpful, personable, went above and beyond to help us make the most of our visit. We had dinner in the hotel bar. The ambience was warm and everything was delicious. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Even though it was small it was well designed and complete, The windows were thick so the room was very quiet, The AC was appreciated, The beds were extremely comfortable and the bed linens were gleaming white and high quality. Great hotel for a great price right next to the strain station making our overnight stay a comfortable one.

Good position with everything close to hand.

Rouen was much nicer to visit than anticipated. It felt much nicer than Troyes which we visited a few weeks ago. Intend to return.

Trop déçue de cet hôtel chic qui n’est pas à la hauteur ce que j’attendais : chambre avec décore en brique sur un pan de mur que ne je m’attendais pas , je n’ai pas choisi cette branche, odeur d’égout en entrant, très petite, même la douche est petite sans parois ( faut faire attention à ce que l’eau ne coule pas vers l’extérieur )! En fin de soirée, trop bruyant ( bruit de Clim ou de moteur au dessus de nous), impossible de dormir. A fuire la chambre 313! Bref trop cher pour ce qu on a eut!
