Everyone here was so lovely! The air conditioning was broken and they were very apologetic. The staff are helpful and friendly and kind. They helped with all kinds of things! I was able to check in early, they hung onto my bags when I had to wait for my train so I could go out and see more of the lovely town. They had good dining recommendations. The location is great & they have a beautiful outdoor seating area where you can get a drink. Breakfast is simple, but filling! Would stay again!

The staff was excellent, especially when they help us go to Tesco to get a battery for the key fob which had died. Thank you so much for your help.

Vše bylo naprosto super!!! Krásný hotel se skvělým personálem. Budeme se do Bojnic a hotelu Belassi rádi vracet.

Boli sme veľmi spokojní. Hotel je pekný, čistý a má peknú záhradu, kde sme ráno na slniečku pili kávu. Služby fajn. Vybavenie veľmi dobre. Poloha - blízko centra, všade sme sa dostali peši, zámok, kúpele, ZOO.... Problém je len parkovanie. Pre hotel sú 4 miesta, inak za poplatok v podzemí.

L'aspetto migliore è la gentilezza del personale, che ci ha facilitato in tutti i modi, dalla ricerca di un parcheggio al ritrovamento e alla spedizione di un oggetto dimenticato nel ristorante.
