The inclusive breakfast was extremely diverse and delicious! Dinner option for 40 euros and amazing choices. Very quiet with excellent views of the mountains.

This is an super quiet hotel at the end of an road. Location is top if you are interested in hiking

It was our first time in the area and we chose the hotel based only on the map and photos we found online. The hotel has a beautiful and quiet location in the mountains, away from any traffic. We slept with all windows wide open and woke up to the sound of a running river and singing birds. This was topped off by a wonderful German/Austrian breakfast buffet. You can walk to the cable car and spend your day on the mountain top. We definitely recommend this hotel.

E' il mio terzo soggiorno nella struttura nel corso degli ultimi 8 anni e non escludo di ritornarci. Seppur isolato, l'hotel offre moltissimo: cucina di altissimo livello in sala pranzo molto ampia, comoda e piacevole, camere accoglienti, silenziose e funzionali, SPA e centro benessere ricco di dotazioni (saune, bagno turco, 2 idromassaggi), splendida piscina da 12 m in cui nuotavo 1200 m al giorno, parcheggio molto comodo, skiroom attrezzata, bar ampio e ricco di soluzioni per relax. Personale molto gentile e disponile, pulizia accurata. Aggiungo ottima posizione sulla pista di rientro da Carezza e possibilità di accedere a formula 3/4, con spuntino nelle ore centrali della giornata. In un giudizio che si avvicina alla massima votazione, segnalo unicamente alcuni piccole sfumature: nella mia prima vacanza nel 2016/17, il menu prevedeva con maggior frequenza specialità locali; manca ricarica auto elettriche; potrebbe essere utile disporre in camera di frigobar e bollitore / macchina caffè

Owners are not very friendly/helpful. Very Germanic snd strict. Also overcharged for a simple salad buffet Euro 25 when full three-course dinner was Euro 35. Does not make much of a difference but just leaves a bad aftertaste of being taken advantage off given the limited outside food options

Buon hotel

Zimmer schön groß mit tollen Blick vom Balkon. Ausstattung im Zimmer ok, aber eher einfach gehalten. Wellnessbereich klein aber ok. Essensauswahl beim Frühstück reichlich und gut. Menü am Abend ok. Leider keine Südtirolcard mehr bekommen. Hotel ist nicht mehr dabei.

Ci siamo trovati decisamente bene: struttura moderna, ma ben contestualizzata nel territorio. Abbiamo soggiornato, purtroppo, una sola notte, ma con il desiderio di ritornare in futuro. Ristorante interno di buona qualità. Personale gentile ed accogliente. SPA godibile e ben attrezzata.

La comida deliciosa. La habitación cómoda e impecable. Hay estacionamiento sin costo. Forzosamente se necesita coche porque no hay nada cerca. La chica rubia joven de recepción es muy acelerada y no nos dejó tomar una manzana del buffet de la cena, que ya estaba listo pero no abría hasta una hora después, gran falta de criterio. Llegamos hambrientas después de un largo trayecto en coche y aún así dijo que no. En cuanto llegamos nos preguntó si queríamos cenar ahí y le dijimos que si. Nos explicó que podíamos escoger de entre dos opciones de entrada, plato fuerte y postre. Pero no nos dijo que el buffet de ensalada era tan copioso, así que decidimos cancelar el plato fuerte, que era lo único otro que habíamos pedido. Se molestaron pero fue por darnos una explicación tan rápida y mala. El que fue súper amable fue un mesero como de 30 años, muy atento y rápido, siempre pendiente de nuestra mesa. La otra mesera, una chica alta rubia nos ignoraba y no venía a la mesa. En conjunto la pasamos muy bien, pero ellas dos pueden mejorar si se dedican a la hospitalidad.

Amazing staff along with magnificent rooms!

Interesting place! Great if you’re staying a few nights and will use the facilities, but they close early (dinner at 8pm and pool at 7pm for example) so you might not get to use them if stopping for one night. Stayed in June, and the bedroom was very hot all night. The area is beautiful, and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Best place to Enjoy Rosengarten Mountain Group. People were nice. Meal was also excellent.

- der Service beim Frühstück ist in jedem zwei Sterne Hotel besser. Wenn etwas leer ist, dauert es mindestens eine halbe Stunde bis etwas aufgefüllt ist, auch bei Nachfrage. Ab 9:30 wird nichts mehr aufgefüllt, obwohl das Frühstück bis 10:00 geht. - die Auswahl ist nicht größte aber die Qualität des Essens ist gut. - sehr nette und hilfsbereite Dame an der Rezeption - sehr schöne Einrichtung des Hotels - super Lage
