The owner Frane was very kind and helpful. The location is nice, a lot of shops are a few steps away from the apartment. The facility was great. Wifi was pretty strong. Highly recommended!!!!

アパートのオーナー、フラニーさんは気さくで親切な方でした。 チェックイン時は、おすすめのレストラン、アイスクリーム屋さん、観光ポイントなど地図を使って丁寧に説明下さり、大変参考になりました。 お部屋も可愛くて、快適に過ごせました。アパートから4,5件隣にスーパーがあり、ワインをはじめ、滞在時には必要なものがすぐに調達できました。アパートは町の真ん中に位置しており、何をするにも便利で、また滞在したいと思える場所です。 小さなベランダがついており、喫煙者にはタバコが吸える場所があるのも便利だと思います。 私的には、１０点満点でした。

バス、鉄道、フェリーターミナルから旧市街をまたいで徒歩20分くらいかかります。地図を見ながら迷わずにつきました。オーナーは非常にフレンドリーで着くなり丁寧に説明してくれます。観光の相談にも親切にのってくれました。

部屋自体は狭めでしたが、必要な設備は揃っており、快適に過ごせた。 旧市街から歩いて5分ほど、長距離バスターミナルからも歩いて10分ちょっと。スーパーも近くにあり、立地もよかった。 またオーナーさん（？）がフレンドリーでオススメのレストランを教えてくれたり、質問にも丁寧に答えてくれた。

階段がかなりキツかったのですが、部屋も清潔で過ごしやすかったです。紅茶やクッキーも自由に取ってよかったのも◎オーナーさんも親切でした。

中心部まですぐの抜群の立地で、設備もSoneとしては文句なしの充実度です。（水回りに天井が低い部分がありぶつかりそうになる場所はありますが） オーナーが気さくな方でおすすめのレストランやスポットを色々と教えてくれ、どれもいい場所でした。

Tout simplement PARFAIT, emplacement excellent. Chambre fraîche par temps de canicule. Supermarché a 30 secondes. Proche des restaurants. Confortable et moderne. Je recommande.

Frane is really helpful. The location is great. Closer to all the attractions. supermarket or pharmacy just closer to the accommodation. 100% recommended!!!x

Right near the main town/old town, great location. Parking is a little difficult if you have a rental car. The renter was very helpful and friendly at check in. I would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation was excellent. The host greeted us on arrival and pointed out some good places to eat and visit which we took his advice on. Room spotless and there were toiletries, hairdryer fridge and coffee. Bed really comfortable. Location was perfect and even walking to get ferry and shuttle bus to airport only took 15 minutes.

Room is big, clean enough and adequately equipped. Friendly and communicative owner. Great location close to Riva and various amenities yet still quiet. Thank you Frane and Peruzovic family for the stay!

Tudo limpinho , muito bem organizado , a localização é ótima perto de tudo , o único ponto ruim é o chuveiro, dependendo do horário se outras pessoas tomarem banho a água fica gelada

Very nice room. Greeted by representative who was super friendly showing us all the amenities and also about the general area. Nice property. Unfortunately constant barking dog and daytime banging detracted from our stay.

Clean, light, cool, spacious room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed, Quiet location with private gated entrance, close to the palace and seafront. Excellent host with a wealth of local knowledge and recommendations, very charming and accommodating. Highly recommend this as a place to stay and would stay again.

Amazing property, very simple but exactly what you need. Very good location, minutes from everything, the courtyard is gorgeous and a nice place to relax, the bed is very comfortable and the shower is decent. The best part of this property is the host, he was very helpful and informative, and he even gave us some great recommendations for a proper traditional restaurant which turned out to be fantastic, and also gave us some insight into which buses to get and where from to get to other places! Cannot recommend this place enough!

Frane was the perfect host. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The position of the room was perfect for walking around Split and venturing into the old town.

The Host was very pleasant, and understanding. I got stuck on my navy ship the day I was to return the keys. Instead of being upset he worked with me. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The area was secluded and quiet. I had nothing but a positive experience and if I Mae it back to Croatia I’ll be using his services again..
