このホテルは市内中心部とモール・オブ・アジアに非常に近いです。かなり古いホテルですが、よく整備されています。警備員、ベルボーイ、レストランのスタッフはとても親切です。客室のエアコンは新品です。朝食にはハラール料理と非ハラール料理の両方が含まれています。ご不明な点がありましたら、食材についてお問い合わせください。全体的に、滞在を満喫できました。

戦略的な立地です。空港やショッピングセンターにも近いです。フィットネスエリアにもっと設備やマシンを増やしてほしいです。

スタッフはとても親切でした。清潔な場所。立地も良かったです。特にピザなどの食事は美味しかったです。チェックイン時間より早くチェックインすることもできました。全体的に素晴らしい体験でした。

とてもフレンドリーで親切なスタッフ。ルームサービスが早朝まで提供されているのが気に入りました。フライトが遅れてチェックインした場合でも、丁寧に調理された温かい食事を楽しむことができます。食事は美味しかったです。ルームサービスの食事の料金も非常にリーズナブルです。部屋はとても広々としていました。2階のカフェが気に入りました。ビュッフェ式朝食にお金をかけたくない場合は、カフェでおいしい食事を食べることができます。

チェックインとチェックアウトの時間は早く、スタッフはお客様の要望に本当に親切に対応してくれました。唯一の問題は、高層階をリクエストしたのにそれができなかったことですが、それは問題ではありません。ホテルの立地は戦略的で、SMアリーナに近く、近くにはコンビニエンスストアもたくさんあります。全体的に素晴らしい滞在ができました。

The best hotel in the Philippines in my opinion.

デラックスにアップグレードしていただき、とてもうれしかったです。子供たちはプールを楽しみました。とても快適に眠れました。部屋は大人 2 名と子供 2 名で泊まるには広々としていました。ルーム サービスはとてもお手頃で、食事もおいしかったです。無料駐車場もあります。スタッフは丁寧でとても親切でした。ロビーエリアだけが少し暑かったですが、耐えられないほどではありませんでした。間違いなくまた泊まりたいホテルのリストに入っています。

This accommodation is perfect for me, for a family staycation near the Mall of Asia. Staff are very accommodating. We will surely come back here.

Golden Phoenix Hotel in Manila has comfortable rooms, good amenities, and attentive service. Some areas for improvement in terms of dining options and room minor maintenance issues.

I don't like the breakfast withc consists mostly of fried, oily foodS. I occupied room 4008 & I wasn't able to sleep well. At night because I hear somebody (eerie₱ dragging heavy tables at nigttime and daytime. Elevator doesn't go directly downwards to the receptionist floor. A senior citizen will hac difficulty bringing down luggage to the second floor and escalator.

Did not mention that the pool is under maintenance. Main reason I booked yhis hotel is because they have pool for the kids. My kids was disappointed and sad.

A nice and pleasant stay in manila, room hotel is big and spacious, complete amenities and in strategic area.

Room were upgraded from King Size to Queen Size bed which is OK. However, the AC of the room we stayed a is not getting cold. So we kept the door of the room open so that the cold air from the living rooms gets in. There are no toothbrush and sanity packs available. TV is old. No streaming applications. Overall, out stay is uneventful.

Deposit money too High P3000. Please think 2x to book this hotel. Wall of shower room and breakfast menu very not showing this hotel is 4 star hotel. Hot Water not running well. Not recomended.

Just don't arrive early, they don't allow early check in and charge way too much.

This hotel is 👍 big spacious big room very accomodating staff. Very near to sm moa walking distance and free parking!
