設備が古い。各部屋のドアの開け閉め時に大きな音がする。夜中にシャワーの蛇口から水漏れが始まった。冷蔵庫がないので不便だった。

二階の中庭に面した小さな窓の部屋でした。トイレとシャワー付き。セーフティボックスと電話が壊れていて、電話だけ2日目に直りました。冷蔵庫、エアコンはありません。

着いた日に部屋に入ると前に泊まってた方の？髪の毛が浴室にべったりついていました。 他にもポットやドライヤーがつかなかったり、お掃除の方が部屋に忘れ物してたりと設備面でイマイチでしたが、解決は出来たので問題はないです。 部屋も充分な広さで、便利なエリアだった為最終的に快適に過ごせました。

ホテルの内装もスタッフの対応もとても良かったです！！

1月、スペリアールームに3泊致しました。 ダブルドアで お洒落な内装、 大通りに面しておりません立地ですので 夜間は静か、快適に眠りにつけました。 部屋には湯沸器に紅茶、コーヒーがついており 重宝致しました。 抜群のロケーションです。

6区に位置するため治安もよく、美術館廻りには最適のロケーションです。当方が泊まった部屋はバスタブもあり、大変助かりました。難を言えば朝食です。

美術館巡りには良いロケーションでした。中庭に面した朝食会場は雰囲気が良く楽しめました。部屋もバルコニーがある趣のある部屋でした。パリのプチホテルに泊まるという事では満喫出来るかもしれません。しかし、備え付けの湯沸かしポットを使うと電圧が足りなくなるのか何なのか分かりませんが、沸く寸前になると部屋の電気系のものが全て消えてしまいました。着け直してもまた消えるの繰り返しで中々お湯を沸かすのに時間を要しました。ドライヤーは壁に据付けられているタイプで、スイッチを入れると風は出ず大きな音を立てると同時に何かが焦げる臭いがして壊れました。すでに壊れていたかもしれません。トイレはバスルームとは別にありましたが、床を含め汚れがあり、気持ちよくはありませんでした。

ルーブル、オルセーなどの美術館めぎりや、サンジェルマン地域のCAFEにも近く、よい立地は◎ ホテルは、ポットがないなど、設備は△ でも7月末でも風がさわやかで、部屋は快適◯

My floor was under construction. Semi-wet/drying walls that got residue on my jacket when I had to squeeze past workers who were renovating the floor. They had tools all over the place and vacuums etc. Could smell paint fumes too. Staff was great. Very kind and helpful. Shower smelled awful...smelled like sewer gas build-up. Had the same problem at a very nice quality hotel in Spain. Disgusting. Had to go from the 6th floor to the 1st floor to refillable bottle of water they give you. Kind of a pain, but not terrible. Elevator is slow and old. Paint peeling and wood peeking through edges of the carpet in the room. Balcony tables were rusted. It was old. Not worth 300 euros in my opinion.

Staff is wonderful! Friendly and accommodating. Marco, Camille, Anwar. ! Bed & sheets iare comfortable. Prestige room had tub & a shower & was big enough to fit 3 open suitcases & had a closet. Room is warm and windows open easily. Location is excellent for access to metros shopping and sightseeing. Carpets need to be replaced in parts of the hotel.

Hotel was perfectly situated for walking to major sights. Cute neighborhood, great restaurants nearby, quiet area. Excellent staff!!!!

Great location as it’s quite central and can walk to the main sites of interest! We had a fantastic stay, the staff was friendly and helpful. The property was clean and quiet: we had a nice sleep which helped to feel energised for daily explorations!Pleasantly surprised by this hotel! We will be back!

Great hotel in Saint Germain, excellent location. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed here many times over the past few months while I have been opening a business and this hotel feels like my second home :)

I am a super nitpicky person, and to me everything was perfect! The courtyard is beautiful! Breakfast was great, room is cozy, staff including the personnel at the breakfast were great.
