設備が古い。各部屋のドアの開け閉め時に大きな音がする。夜中にシャワーの蛇口から水漏れが始まった。冷蔵庫がないので不便だった。

二階の中庭に面した小さな窓の部屋でした。トイレとシャワー付き。セーフティボックスと電話が壊れていて、電話だけ2日目に直りました。冷蔵庫、エアコンはありません。

着いた日に部屋に入ると前に泊まってた方の？髪の毛が浴室にべったりついていました。 他にもポットやドライヤーがつかなかったり、お掃除の方が部屋に忘れ物してたりと設備面でイマイチでしたが、解決は出来たので問題はないです。 部屋も充分な広さで、便利なエリアだった為最終的に快適に過ごせました。

ホテルの内装もスタッフの対応もとても良かったです！！

1月、スペリアールームに3泊致しました。 ダブルドアで お洒落な内装、 大通りに面しておりません立地ですので 夜間は静か、快適に眠りにつけました。 部屋には湯沸器に紅茶、コーヒーがついており 重宝致しました。 抜群のロケーションです。

6区に位置するため治安もよく、美術館廻りには最適のロケーションです。当方が泊まった部屋はバスタブもあり、大変助かりました。難を言えば朝食です。

美術館巡りには良いロケーションでした。中庭に面した朝食会場は雰囲気が良く楽しめました。部屋もバルコニーがある趣のある部屋でした。パリのプチホテルに泊まるという事では満喫出来るかもしれません。しかし、備え付けの湯沸かしポットを使うと電圧が足りなくなるのか何なのか分かりませんが、沸く寸前になると部屋の電気系のものが全て消えてしまいました。着け直してもまた消えるの繰り返しで中々お湯を沸かすのに時間を要しました。ドライヤーは壁に据付けられているタイプで、スイッチを入れると風は出ず大きな音を立てると同時に何かが焦げる臭いがして壊れました。すでに壊れていたかもしれません。トイレはバスルームとは別にありましたが、床を含め汚れがあり、気持ちよくはありませんでした。

ルーブル、オルセーなどの美術館めぎりや、サンジェルマン地域のCAFEにも近く、よい立地は◎ ホテルは、ポットがないなど、設備は△ でも7月末でも風がさわやかで、部屋は快適◯

I am a super nitpicky person, and to me everything was perfect! The courtyard is beautiful! Breakfast was great, room is cozy, staff including the personnel at the breakfast were great.

La habitación estaba limpia y la persona que me ayudó con el clack in fue amable . Lo malo es que salí a cenar y cuando volví había un hombre que atendía la recepción que estaba cenando algo que olía muy fuerte y todo el lobby olías su comida .”, no creo que deba cenar ahí.

Very nice hotel with a good location in Saint-Germain and an acceptable breakfast. The staff are really nice and helpful. Room size is okay, but it was not totally clean.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. Our experience at this hotel was even better the second time around. At check in, we made a mistake with booking but the staff was able to remedy the problem. We didn't have to go look for another hotel, which was great after a long day of travel. The room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping staff was readily available and pleasant to interact with. Breakfast was a nice bonus. The food was simple but essential. I'm glad we had the option to start of with breakfast at the hotel before exploring the city since there is a line at every restaurant. We would be hungry if we didn't have breakfast before leaving the hotel. Lastly, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. They had small conversations to keep us entertained. They helped us store things in the freezer until we left. Overall, we had a very positive experience and will certainly keep them in mind next time we visit Paris.

Great location, kind staff, cozy rooms

Das Personal war super, das Frühstück klasse und die Lage einfach gut. Betten waren super, nur das Zimmer war recht eng. Allerdings haben wir uns darin nur zum Schlafen aufgehalten und somit vollkommem ok.

Staff is excellent. The location is very convinient for me.
