The room overall is OK. It is clean, the beds are very comfy and other areas also OK. The problem that I had is with teh following. 1. Towel is OK enough to use but not soft. It just doesn't match the quality of the room. 2. Wifi signal was really really bad. I was not able to use it for work which is very important for me while I was there and would usually get disconnected. I would need to go down to the lobby and get better reception using my phone. 3. AC was also OK but not very cold.

Room was large and clean, comfortable beds with powerful AC. The bathroom was also very good for the rate. Food at the bistro was satisfactory. Reception staff were quite helpful. Only unpleasant experience was the security guard on duty at the entrance. We had had a very long day on the road and there was a downpour. My wife pulled into the covered driveway and I told her to get down so I could park in the open lot. We were not more than 30 seconds switching seats when the guard rudely tapped the window and gestured us to move because another vehicle was behind us. I told him to f**k off. When I parked the car (an Innova) and walked back to the entrance, I noticed that the vehicle behind us - a Land Cruiser - was taking its sweet time unloading but no rudeness from the guard. So I immediately sensed the guard was being mata pobre and automatically subservient to perceived elites. Anyway, we complained about him to the reception and they apologized and said they would handle it.

Our room was upgraded. Near restaurants and mall. Breakfast was good. Room is big and clean.. very comfy.

The room is old and is not pleasing. I ask for a hair dryer and they give me something that is not working.
