The room was stifling hot and the windows could only open about half an inch, we were on the 5th floor so the windows should be open all the way! No coffee maker in the room, not indicated when we reserved. Free coffee in the lobby but not until 7am and cold. And what happened to a free breakfast we have loved from Best Western? The cafe served expensive limited foods and did not open until 8. We are up early and having to get going without coffee or food was not fun. We were so disappointed in most things we did not even try the pool because we did not want anymore disappointment. The beds were comfy and the humans were nice, those 2 do not make us want to return.

It was a great experience and very enjoyable time. Definitely I will go again. I love the little kitchen area. The only one issue it’s not having AC IN THE ROOM.

The front desk service was excellent. However there was no coffee made in the morning and no coffee in the rooms.

Rooms were clean , however we were given a handicap room which made taking a shower super uncomfortable 😬, staff was not super friendly and honestly i didnt see the plus on anything , so price is not very good for amenities and what you get

We loved our stay at this hotel! We were thinking we were just getting a regular no view room, but we were pleasantly surprised with full ocean view! I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Everything was so close, we hardly drove the whole time. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back!!

We were disappointed there was no coffee maker in the room, or a complimentary bottle of water; and the pet fee was $40, when we previously have never had a hotel charge more than $10.

Great view and customer service

Great location, just steps from the beach. Room was nice with a balcony and partial view of the ocean. The location was also convenient to walk to the shops around the area and not need to find parking. We will stay here again!

Loved the ambience of the fireplace. View was amazing. Beds were great!

The lobby is stunning. The beach access is perfect. Thats where it ended. My room was not ONCE cleaned while I was there, which explains the fact that there was a broom left in each room. I called DAILY to just get clean towels, then they would bring ONE towel and ONE washcloth. My bedding was WHITE and the room is "pet friendly", so ONE trip to the beach solved that and when I asked for new bedding they brought a stained top sheet. The AC didnt work. There was NO ventilation so ONE shower and the entire room look like a sauna. There were extension cords everywhere and both the fridge and microwave were FILTHY. Thank God I had Walmart delivery and ordered some Clorox wipes, bleach & bought a fan. I was on my FIRST "vacation" in over a year and I spent it cleaning and STILL paid nearly $400 for a room that was so small with overaized (filthy) outdated furniture and can say in all sincerity that it was HORRIBLE. The 2 stars are for the redheaded woman that was at the front desk (the rest were rude and dismissive) and the other star was for the beach access. I won't be back to that motel and dont recommend, unless you enjoy being your own housekeeper, going to this motel. Spend the extra $10-20 a night and get a breakfast included and a clean room. I still loved the beach ⛱️

I one negative was that I normally stay at Best Western because they include breakfast. This Best Western did not
