立地は良いのですが、サービスとホテルの部屋は滞在するにはとても不便です。

No bath tub as advertised, the fixtures are really old (rusty). The bed is very uncomfortable.

The staff are not helpful even for a simple favor like an extra towel. Garbage bins are not organized. We asked them to get our trash and they said we put it outside our bins and they will pick it up. But before we check out around 12nn that 's the only time they pick up. Very stinky in the hallway. Toilet bowl has too many yellow stains. There 's a TV but no remote control. We asked many times to request it but they just ignored us.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. However, when it comes to the amenities, they don't have hot showers. The lights are also very dimmed. They could at least improve on that. But all-in-all, the stay was great! Will come back again.

Nice budget room. Wag lang sana pabayaan ang cleanliness ng room. I saw a dead insect about an inch sa wall ng bathroom which very disgusting. For me it looks like an apartment kasi sa labas ng mga rooms parang storage area narin.

Surely will stay again. Affordable.

My friends and I enjoyed our one night stay in the hotel. The room that we got was the Executive room and it was so clean and beautiful. I can only comment on the bathroom tiles as it was very slippery when wet. I hope they place bathroom rugs. Overall we had a great experience and would love to go back again when we’re in Pampanga.

The drainage of the bathroom is not working well. It's really noisy, I wasn't able to sleep well. Tho the staff are accommodating.

Hotel is a little old which is evident in the TV set and table in the room. Aircon was noisy and cable TV remote was not working. Decent bed and bathroom. We did not try the pool. If you are just looking for a place to spend the night and you will not spend time in the hotel, it is pretty acceptable for the price.
