部屋は清潔でフロントの方も感じ良く、朝食もハム、サラミ、チーズもある。 残念なのは街の中心から遠く、駅からも徒歩10分以上かかること。バス停は目の前ですがバスは30分以上来ない事も多々ある。

ロケーションがもう少し良ければ動きやすかった。 テラスがあったり、スタッフもフレンドリーで、長期滞在には向いてると思う。

L'accueil a été très agréable et avec remise de 2 bouteilles d’eau à peine arrivés...L’hôtel DES EPOQUES est dans le style typique de ceux que l’on retrouve également à Venise. La chambre est très bien équipée , douche à l'italienne

Infelizmente, minha experiência neste hotel foi péssima do início ao fim. Tivemos problemas TODOS os dias com a falta de água quente, algo inadmissível para qualquer hotel, independentemente da categoria. Não foi um problema pontual: foi recorrente, diário e nunca resolvido de forma definitiva. Além disso, os quartos acima do 3º andar ficam em uma parte horrível do hotel, completamente diferente do que é mostrado ou esperado. A estrutura é ruim, desconfortável e passa a sensação de abandono. Parece outro prédio, sem qualquer cuidado com o hóspede. O mais frustrante é que a equipe foi informada diversas vezes sobre os problemas, mas não houve solução, apenas desculpas e promessas vazias. Nenhuma providência real foi tomada durante toda a estadia. Pagar para passar estresse, tomar banho frio e ainda ser ignorado pela administração é inaceitável. Não recomendo este hotel de forma alguma e certamente não voltaria. Uma experiência decepcionante e desrespeitosa com o hóspede. Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. We had problems with the lack of hot water every single day, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, regardless of its category. This was not an isolated issue — it happened repeatedly and was never properly resolved. In addition, rooms located above the 3rd floor are in a terrible part of the hotel, completely different from what is advertised or expected. The condition of this area is poor, uncomfortable

Good hotel for its price. I loved the kitsch baroque style, all the staff was very nice and helpful, and I appreciated how everything worked, which is not common for italian hotels. Hot water, elevator, etc were very comfortable. The area is very quiet and nice, with restaurants, supermarkets and bus in 2 minutes, also around 15-20 min far from Termini, so very convenient. It's like 15 min to Galleria Borghese and has a huge mall 5 min away too. Only negative points, my room was very dark with no natural light at all, which was good noise-wise but a bit depressing. The cleaning staff did forget toilet paper, towels etc on a daily basis. I would improve that, plus pass a hand on paint on the walls.

The hotel presents a very elegant picture. It was quite nice to sit in the lobby, not an activity that I otherwise pursue. It is located in a safe residential area. No tourist destinations nearby but plenty of dining opportunities, including right on the same block. The room does not have a fridge. Therr was one element of cleanliness that needs to be addressed. Amid all the marble, including the bathroom sink, the staff have mistakenly interpreted the rims of the sink platform to also be patterned marble. It is not. The patterning is accumulated grime which I was able to demonstrate by scrubbing part of it clean and exposing the white surface that has become grimy. Ten minutes of effort with a “cleaning eraser” would render it clean. This was the only negative in an otherwise comfortable stay.

Problemas com a limpeza do quarto (itens pessoais jogados fora, falta de toalhas e reposição de amenities), manutenção do chuveiro que ficou dois dias sem água quente mesmo após eu avisar a recepção, e tentativa de cobrança duplicada no checkout.

The food was decent The woman that worked breakfast was a wonderful woman who really made us smile! Thank God for her!

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful, little family driven hotel. The lobby gives you an exhilarating feeling of classic luxury with its marble, chandeliers, pillars, mirrors and gold-framed oil paintings. The staff were very friendly and helpful which meant a lot to us as it was our first trip to Rome. It turned out that the hotel is ideally situated: just outside the entrance door is the bus stop Porta Pia. Bus 90 takes you from here to Termini, the railway station, where you have trains to the airport. From Porta Pia you can also take bus 60 or 62 which takes you close to the important spots in 10-15 minutes. Our room also had this touch of classic luxury with vintage quality furniture, walls covered by tapestry, floor in real wood and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent with both hot dishes, cereals and a rich choice of pastry and cakes.

The hotel is nice clean. We faced issue with one of the staff since we couldn't take the breakfast for several days due to our plan, one day we passed by 10 mn before the breakfast time to grab a coffee and one od the staff members made a huge problem for a cup of coffee!

The only thing I didn't like was the lamp beside the bed, I think it should be much softer light for reading. It was too harsh. Everything else was great!!

Odalar aile için çok küçüktü. Duşakabin su kaciriyordu. Klima ayarlanamiyordu. Asansör hatalı çalıştı bir kere. Buzdolabı iyi çalışmıyordu. Olumlu yönleri; otelin konumu iyiydi. Duş suyu iyiydi.

Great little hotel, close to centre with bus just outside on central bus routes. Btekfast was nice quality products ( we did need to ask for refil of some food a few times though) Rooms were good and spacious though the hotel itself is quite dated was probably fantastic when it was new. Overall i would stay again definitely.

Personal para mear y no echar gota. Instalaciones viejas. Ducha rota. El desayuno escaso y poco deseable sin opciones de sin gluten o veganos. La chica del desayuno es la única que se salva de la panda de ***que hay empezando por el recepcionista Franco que te falta el respeto y encima luego no te pide perdón y acabando por su compañera Alaina que se rio de mi en mi cara y cuando le dije que no me hacia gracia no fue capaz de solucionar nada. El peor hotel de mi vida y eso que he recorrido 27 paises. Además era la primera vez que reservaba con expedia y sera la ultima ya que aunque expedia me lo solucionaron en atencion al cliente la recepción del hotel eran unos ***. Si quereis disfrutar en roma cosa que yo no puede hacer por esta gente que me estuvo dos dias atosigando que no tenia reserva ni habitacion cuando se acabo demostrando que si y pagada encima dandome una habitacion de caca.
