Nice place with a great outside area and lake view.

View from our room. We had a little walk out patio. The hotel had a fire to sit around. For the price very nice.

Very nice place to stay

We were driving the Lake Michigan circle tour. This spot was a delightful surprise. Clean, well kept, obviously well managed. The balcony lake view was awesome. I didn’t want to leave.

We've been staying here for years now whenever we're in town. The hotel has gone down hill in the past year, which is disappointing. The shower drain was clogged and curtains were broken. The guests above us sat outside smoking pot most of the time, so we were not able to sit outside on the patio very much. We used to really enjoy staying at Americinn due to the relaxing water views, but unfortunately if the hotel rooms are not updated and the smoking on balcanies continues we will need to look for somewhere else to stay when we're in town.

It was fine, the bed was just so firm it was uncomfortable. The breakfast was good.

It’s a very beautiful place. Just bring your own sheets and if you’re thinking of using the Jacuzzi, think again, But in all honesty, very beautiful place. The employees were really fantastic and off the charts customer service.

An amazing experience all around. From check in to check out, the pool and hot tub and complimentary breakfast, the hotel exceeded expectations. Definitely recommend.

Convenient

Amazing location by the lake and gorgeous views. Take the rooms facing the lake, you won’t regret it!

The only "issue" we had was the lack of power outlets for charging our electronics.

Room was cramp and not enough outlets to charge all our electronic gear.

Property was pretty nice. I am not over fond of the chains policy to set mattress on metal frame. Mattress kept sliding and I banged my shin more than once. But the property is in a lovely area. I went in off season and some of the dining options were not available but still enough I didn’t have to eat at the hot dog stand.

Walking out the back door of our room and being just steps away from the water was nice. Beautiful fire ring and charcoal grills. We loved it!
