ソファのクッションはへたっていてダメ。運悪くエレベーターが2基とも壊れていて5階まで歩く羽目になった。食事もあまりおいしくはなかった。

My second time here but first since the name change. It was a lovely grand room. Very comfortable My only ding was that the grout between the tiles in the shower needed cleaning. A bit mildewed

To expensive for stanard of hotel £6.59 for pt rooms need refurbished

Massively overpriced for the quality. It was like I’d travelled back to the 1970’s

The hotel was excellent in cleanliness, position for moving around Skipton

ok hotel, location good , however our room was on the groundfloor with views of the car park - people walking past could see into our room and we were unable to leave the patio doors open . I wonder wehther this was because we used our tesco vouchers to pay for the room. The room was old fashioned and basic, the bathroom was mismatched , the floor worn and grubby , the room had a damp smell . The whole place was "tired " Breakfast was good , some of the staff were slightly brusk. .

The hotel is tired and in need of some attention. Our room was a superior room, but very disappointing, in need of a deep clean, although bedding and towels were clean. furniture tatty, plastic chairs, carpet and coach could do with a good clean! The bar area was welcoming, staff friendly. Breakfast was fine, did get very busy, but staff did their best. Great location, would consider staying again but would ask for a different room !

Parking was a nightmare. Parking slots very narrow, not enough parking. Could not get a table in the restaurant untill 2000hrs eventhough the restaurant was half empty! Reason there was a party of 15 booked. No.mention of this when.were booked in or the question are yoy i tending to eat with us this evening...... 2000hrs way too late for us to eat

As others have said a little tired but ok. Only real complaint was ridiculous bar prices

Just read the other reviews. I arrived late and really felt like i was a chore to the receptionist. Then she wanted a credit card which is normal to cover drinks etc, but I asked why and she replied ‘for damage’! No explanation.

Enjoyable stay ,but could do with extra staff on the bar. The dining room should have thier own drinks station.

It was a great stay only down side the room was too hot even with two fans on

The location on the canal and picturesque countryside made a beautiful setting for dining in the conservatory. The food was consistently very good, the staff friendly and I enjoyed using the pool.

Staff are fab but hotel looking dated in all areas. Things such as hot tub with no bubbles etc. Prices of drinks in the bar are ridiculous even by hotel standards, over £7.50 for a lager.

Brilliant stay. The hotel is a fab location , 1 mile canal walk to centre. Clean & tidy with nice bathroom and a comfy bed. Thanks for supplying a fan too !

The hotels furnishings and amenities were the same 25 years ago. Very worn and tired. Service in the restaurant slow. Cost to stay did not reflect the service and quality received. Lovely location, poor quality.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly but the hotel is very dated. I am sure in the 1970's it would have been amazing and the price of the room is over inflated for the quality of the accomodation.
