お部屋からの景色が最高。プールやスパが有ったようですが、山歩きをしていたので、使用できなかったので、次回は是非入りたいと思います。

One of the nicest hotel stays I’ve ever had. The entire staff really goes out of their way to give you a personalized and perfect visit. The views are extraordinary. The food is top class and the dinner menu changes every day. The spa is really thoughtful and relaxing. The masseuse gave me a massage I can only describe as the most nurturing massage I’ve had. With the delicious breakfast and dinner included, I believe I saved money compared to the other people I ran into that stayed in less quality/cheaper hotels. I only regret that I couldn’t stay longer

Fantastic hotel with great facilities, super nice staff, great spa and fantastic food.

We had a wonderful stay overall. The hotel was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. We were especially impressed with the cleanliness, as well as the excellent service from the reception and bar staff, who were always friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience in the restaurant was very disappointing. Most of the waiters seemed unfriendly, and one very short waiter with a shaved head was particularly rude and unprofessional. His attitude made us feel unwelcome and left a negative impression.It is a real pity because everything else about the hotel was excellent. Sadly, because of the poor service in the restaurant, we have decided to choose a different hotel for our next visit.

Hotel moderno, decoração linda, super limpo, vista maravilhosa. Custo benefício do jantar (que não tinha opção a la carte) muito alto, não fomos avisados antes dessa possibilidade e o valor não constava no cardápio. Havia um grupo grande hospedado e os hóspedes que não faziam parte ficaram sem muita assistência. Minha amiga não recebeu o prato e quando veio a massa estava crua. No café da manhã aconteceu a mesma coisa e faltava muita comida devido ao alto consumo desse grupo. Quando solicitamos reposição o maitre respondeu que não tinha duas mãos. A piscina e a jacuzzi estavam frias. Os outros funcionários foram muito educados e prestativos e o ambiente é lindo.

Fantastic hotel with a great location! Will for sure come back next time we are in Dolomites. The rooms have great view over the valley and the mountains. Breakfast was great with everything you might want. And their pool/sauna area is perfect for late afternoon relaxing after spending the day hiking. I also had to take some work calls while there and their WiFi is outstanding. There is also strong 4G signal in the area.

The service and view of the hotel are extremely good. The restaurant with delicious food and nice view. Everything was almost perfect, the hotel a bit small tho. But I still satisfied with the staff attitude n their passion.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Roland in front desk was particularly nice, considerate, and helpful, who provided a lot of valuable tourist information and materials. The hotel is rather new and modern. Love the facilities, especially the wellbeing center such as swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room. Fixed menus for dinners were very good. Room was very clean and spacious with great view of the mountains. The sunset views from restaurant and our room was very beautiful and stunning. Enjoyed the stay a lot and we added one more night for our stay.

We had an outstanding stay at Hotel Ciasa Soleil! I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. We stayed in on of the panoramic suites and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. The hotel was spotless clean absolutely everywhere and the facilities were great! The pool and spa area were perfect and just what you need after a day of activities in the beautiful Dolomites.

Ein sehr persönlich geführtes Lokal, welches sich durch Stil und Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber auszeichnet. Barbereich und Sonnenterasse gemütlich und professionelle Bedienung. Das ganze Haus hat Niveau. Hervorragendes mit Liebe ausgerichtetes Frühstück. Schwimmbad und Saunabereich gepflegt und warm. Macht Spaß! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Mödy und Julius Schulze-Hesselmann
